The sound of my phone woke me up from my nap..From the sound of the ringtone I knew it was the love of my life calling I didn't know when my lips automatically curved into a smile..Oh the way he makes I never knew having butterflies in ones stomach exist till I met him...If it was someone else that interrupted my sleep I would had given them a piece of my mind cause I love sleep I mean who doesn't
The sound for my ringtone bought me out for my thoughts
Me;"Hey" I greeted in a groggy voice
Sultan;"hey bae how is my little munchkin doing"
He knows I hate when people call me little I'm 19 for goodness sake well not exactly, gonna be 19 in four months time
Sultan;"babe are you there?"
Me;"umm yeah I just woke from sleep ne"
Sultan"oh okay'
And we continued the call until I heard the adhan call magrib and we said our goodbyes
I got off my baby(my bed) and went to the bathroom to perform ablution, then performed my salah, after that I went down stairs to help my mom in the kitchen. I met her with ya hannah
We made jollof rice, coleslaw, fried chicken, zobo and then my famous brownies for desert
We prayed isha and waited for the guys to come back so that we eat together
At the dinning table
"Can someone please pass me the brownies " dad asked as his eyes sparkled with nothing but pure joy he loves my brownies everyone does
"No you haven't even eaten fa" mom said warned him
"Okay fine" he said sounding disappointed
After dinner I went straight up to my favorite brothers room to chill
I layed on his bed and called my best friend of 17years! 'Zainab'
Me;"hey girl" I said and we continued talking about nothing and everything till my brother kicked me out of the room saying he was going to sleep
"But its just 11 fa" I said pouting
"Its not just 11 some of us have things to do in the morning" he said bouncing on the bed
"Urghh warrever(whatever)"
"Bye" he said
"Sai da safe;goodnight" I said waving
I continued chatting with sultan and zainab through WhatsApp till I started feeling sleepy, I turned off my data and went to the bathroom did my business and performed ablution cause I never sleep with ablution. Then I jumped on my bed read suratul-mulk and other dua's before closing my eyes and drifting to lala land
