ITS ONLY BEEN about 2 months of transferring to the new school. It's been amazing, only because of my right hand Kali, and the guy I've been talking too,

Miles Morales, even his name sounds gorgeous. I wish I could put it in a better picture for you, but let me rewind and show you what's been going on with us.

៹ 1 MONTH BEFORE...

'A month in school, and because of hanging around with Kali, I've gotten known by everyone pretty quickly. When it comes to being social, she's the best at it. Then, I ended up getting more closer with Miles, I even know his best Ganke now-' Before I could even finish the little recap I was having in my head, I felt a tap on my shoulder. It was Ganke, Miles best friend. Speak of the devil.

"Yo Y/N, you know how long we've been calling you over to the table for?" I looked over to him with a confused expression, and looked back over to the table. Then that's when I quickly realized

"Oh shit- yea sorry zoned out, I'ma get back to ya'll in a second though."

"Alright, oh and also," He leaned in and whispered into my ear, "Miles asked if you could speak to him once you're done ordering your food." You could hear the smirk on gankes face when he told you that. Him and Kali always do that when they mention you and Miles in the same sentence, its been happening for about 2 weeks now.

I grew a little flustered, and shoved Ganke, he let out a little chuckle before heading back to the table. Fully shaking myself out of my thoughts, I regained a sense of my surroundings. 'Right, i'm in Chipotle, ordering food, with a bunch of chaotic ass niggas.'

After ordering the food, I walked over to the table and sat down with the three. Kali, Miles, and Ganke, only thing was, something was off, Kali and Ganke weren't making any type of relationship jokes when I got back to the table. Instead, I heard a whisper in my ears from Miles, as he asked me.

"Could I talk to you outside real quick, ma?"

I shook my head yes to the question, as we both got up, and took a step out of Chipotle. See now that's when Kali and Ganke started gossiping with each other- knew something was up.

"Y/N look at me. I got a serious question to ask you."

His eyes were staring directly at me, and his accent rolled off his tongue, I wanted to fold right then and there, instead I mumbled in response,

"..Y-yea?"

"What are we? Hm?"

I looked up at him with such a shocked look on my face, 'What are we?' those words replayed in my head, as my face slowly begun to show the flustered expression I had.

"What do you want us to be..?"

Those were the words I could muster, as I waited for him to answer my question. He leaned in to my ear and whispered to me

"I want to be yours, that's what I know, pero no sé si quieres ser mía."

I could feel his voice vibrate near my ears, and it made me shiver. 'First off, he spoke to me in Spanish, second, do we all hear the tone of voice he's using and third...he wants to be my boyfriend??'   I thought to myself, that's when I finally replied to his question.

"I wanna be with you Miles..It's just- I never got around to asking you because of..uhm-"

"Because of what mami?"

"I thought you didn't like me, like at all.. cause Kali is right there, and so much more prettier than-"

He then cupped the right of my cheek, which was enough to hush me up, and listen to what he had to say.

"You know, from the first day back, when you transferred here. I had my eyes on you since then, do you know how pretty you are?"

"But-"

Before I could even finish my sentence, he kissed me. So much just happened in my mind at once. The only clear thought I had in my head was 'HE FUCKING KISSED ME?? I mean i'm not complaining, but he REALLY kissed me just now??'  Before he pulled away from the kiss, as I was there starstruck, still in shock by the bold move Miles made. He leaned back near my ear and whispered to me.

"Look, mi corazón, I get you have second thoughts, but listen to me. I love you. I don't love Kali, just you. You mean a lot to me, and you know that."

The tone of his voice and accent made me twist inside with emotions. Meanwhile me and Miles had our little romantic convo, Kali and Ganke were inside, staring outside the window we were infront of and kept gossiping.

"He just kissed her?? Oh my sweet baby finally has her mannn!" Kali squealed, as Ganke looked her way, he rolled his eyes.

"Well, have you seen the tension between those two? Especially after the 2 weeks we've all been hanging out I'm pretty sure you'd-"

"Shhhhhhh, shut up im trying to read their lips!" She cut him off, Ganke let out a little sigh.

Now we're back to me and Miles.

Miles looked back down at me, as his amber eyes were stuck onto mine. He asked me one last time.

"So what are we?"

The silence filled in, as I looked up to him and told him,

"Well, we're..."
