One of the things any support group will recommend to you is a journal, to keep track of your struggles and emotions for reflection. I'm following that advice in the hope that I can start a new life for myself.
My name is Kyle. I'm 36, and I'm on a rollercoaster that is only going down. At an alarming speed. I was divorced by my ex-wife last year, and I've been diagnosed with serious obesity problems and depression since.
I should probably state that I'm a massive Discord user. Like, 16 hours a day average on Discord. Laugh all you like.
This is my confession, of sorts. The truths of love, addiction, and being a fat discord moderator. This is going to be my story, until I get better or worse to a point where I'm essentially done for.
