Chapter 52: Damn it! Riddhima

After a week:

    "Riddhima, are you ready to face the interrogation or should I ask the lawyers to ask for time?", Vansh asked. 

    She said, finishing her breakfast, "I'm fine with it." 

    Upon approaching the eating area, Angre announced, "Boss, we are ready." 

    Vansh turned to face Riddhima, and they both proceeded to make their way to the car. 

    The entire trip was silent, but Vansh gripped her hand every minute to ease her down, even though Riddhima avoided looking at him.

    While Riddhima was being escorted by police to the interrogation room, Vansh waited outside. 

    Vansh was concerned about Riddhima's mental wellbeing because the procedure had continued for almost an hour. 

    A police officer came out of the room and said, "Mr. Raisinghania, your wife took your name; therefore, DSP Sahab wants to question you as well." 

    Vansh didn't like the it at all, but as always, he suppressed his curiosity. 

    Before entering the room, Vansh looked at Angre who was standing beside his Boss and that was enough to convey his order to Angre.

    "We are losing control of the situation. I lost my right arm to him. Could he possibly target our Firdaus? You must assist me. I have absolutely no interest in the ruling party. I'm willing to pay for anything your party needs to win the upcoming Loksabha elections." 

    "Mr. Sultan Ahmed, we appreciate that you came clean with us about your assistance. We are trying our best; the FIR we filed against his wife could ruin his reputation, and since he is very close to the ruling party, the people of this country will ultimately taint the ruling party's reputation.", the opposition party's spokesperson said stated. 

    "I am having a talk with Chang, if he can go for a cyber attack in his company which could result in a downfall of his share in capital market and your party will also get an issue for this election against Finance Minister.", Sultan Ahmed suggested.
