"Seokmae ah, drink this," Hanbin commanded as Matthew opened his mouth.

"You know hyung, the doctors said that I'm fine" Matthew giggled as Hanbin glared at him. "I'm not risking it Seokmae so if you don't open up-" Hanbin's expression widened as Matthew's mouth immediately opened, his eyes gleaming with adoration.

"Matthew ah, how can I ever get angry at you," Hanbin cooed as he pitched Matthew's cheeks fondly. Matthew hummed in delight as Hanbin took care of him thoroughly.

Ever since Matthew had returned from the hospital, Hanbin had been extra careful with him, making sure he took all his medicine and was always healthy.

The members of Zerobaseone would always visit Matthew and Hanbin in their spare time, singing karaoke and dancing the night away. It was like the nine of them were a team now, not just seven of them anymore.

And Jiwoong? Jiwoong was the best thing that had happened in Matthew's life. Constantly texting  him and visiting Matthew to take him out, all whilst treating him like a delicate princess.

"Seokmae ah.. I told you to open up!" Hanbin whined playfully as Matthew giggled, taking his best friend's hand.

"Hyung. I love you," Matthew said truthfully. Because he did, with every ounce of his heart, love his best friend.

"Thank you for taking care of me, and for staying with me no matter what Hanbin hyung," Matthew said as Hanbin melted. "Aww our Seokmae, hyung Ioves you too" Hanbin cooed as he patted Matthew.

"Come on now you don't want to keep Jiwoon hyung waiting" Hanbin laughed, imitating the way Matthew called Jiwoong. "You're going with Hao hyung to look after the kids right?" Matthew teased as Hanbin blushed.

"Hanbin hyung is ready to start a family~" Matthew sang as he giggled and burst out laughing. It was Hanbin's turn to whack him as they got messages from the group chat.

"Isn't it funny how we're part of a Zerobaseone group chat? And we're not even part of the group?" Matthew laughed as Hanbin's whisker dimples appeared.

"How else are we meant to get the kids ice cream today? You're lucky that you and Jiwoong hyung lucked out on a date," Hanbin pouted as Matthew only replied "we'll take the kids out next time so haobin can get an appearance."

Hanbin beamed as their phones chimed, indicating that Gyuvin was hungry for ice cream.

"Let's go Matthew, I packed all your picnic food and snuck in your medicine just incase!" Hanbin said as he stopped by the door. Matthew looked at him questioningly.

"And don't forget what the doctor said, your heart is weak at the moment, so a little stress can send you into cardiac arrest," Hanbin reminded him, probably the nth time he's repeated it since Matthew got back from the hospital.

Matthew laughed, bright and pure as he felt his heart beating happily. "Hyung, don't worry, spending time with Jiwoon hyung is the most stress relieving activity in my life" Matthew smiled as Hanbin nodded.

The drove to the ice cream parlour, as they spotted seven boys huddled, wearing black masks and caps. "They look more suspicious like that," Matthew hummed as Gunwook brightened up.

"Hyung!" He called out as he bounced towards Matthew and crushed him. "Hi Gunwookie," Matthew exclaimed as he hugged all the members who had missed him.

"It's been a while Matthew ah," Zhang Hao said fondly as he patted his head. "Hehe Hao Hyung, you should've listened to all the things Hanbin hyung have been saying about you-" Hanbin came over to slap a hand over Matthew's mouth as he let out a strained laugh.
