You all sat there and somehow made some small talk while waiting. Eventually, the food arrived, and you began eating. "So yoriichi, how was your day up until we got here?" 'What a gay ass question..' You thought. "Well.. it was uneventful.. I did some research and stuff, so it wasn't as exciting as you thought.
You honestly ate faster so you could leave. You weren't too focused on leaving, not like it was boring after all. You were just awkward with some things. So directly after you ate, you left along with shingi.
"Thank you for the dinner, but I'm afraid I have to go now. Goodbye yoriichi!" You said and walked out with shingi. On your way home, you saw a pet shop. 'Fuck this I can't help my self..' "shingi were getting a dog." "Ok." You grabbed her hand and booked it to the shop. When you went in, there were many different animals inside. "Hello ladies, welcome to Kunny's! We sell everything you'd usually need for almost any type of animal. What can I do for you?" "Were looking for a dog or puppy we could adopt per say. Do you have any in store?" You continued to look around while talking. "Of course! Please go left and then take a right into the dog section, there's many different types, so call me if you find one you like. My name is Xavier, by the way!" You nodded and then grabbed shingis' hand and went to the left dog section. "Oh shingi! Who should we get!?" You were excited. You could NOT not be. You looked more over to the bigger ones as that was what you were looking for before getting an amazing idea. "Shingiiii... you know how you have very bad anxiety? What about a service dog? We can take it to school with us so we don't have to worry about the house, and it'll be trained!" "Y/n.. where in the hell would we get one anyway?" "..."
"I'll look online.."
"Wth y/n.."
"Did you just say wth? Isn't it what the hell? Why-"
"STOP breaking the fourth wall dumbass."

"I found how to! It says that we have to sign up and go to ### to get one with proof of a disability or anxiety or something!"

You and shingi made your way with the Uber to the office, and she went in first. You had no clue how tf it worked, but oh well!
like 45 minutes later.
"Y/n~ Your turn!"
"What..?"
"If I gotta go in there, you have to, too!"
"Fuck you."
"Hello, my name is kiyotomi, I'll be your doctor per say for today. I'll start with the questions."
"Shingi were both getting dogs."
"Nice."

You both got home early enough to eat again, as you have a big appetite. The same goes for shingi. You both decided on f/s and chips. (Fav snack) You enjoyed the treats and did more research for the dogs. You figured out you could take two kinds to school. Surprisingly.. (... this is fake info..-) an attack kind if trained correctly. And a service dog. You decided on four, two of each kind. Shingi obviously could protect herself as she WAS a demon. But the same rules did NOT apply to you, sadly. Though you trained a lot and worked out as you knew the world sucked ass, you still couldn't depend on your strength alone.
You met up with the official personel and got the four dogs, which was, low-key, kinda weird. You took them home, and shingi yelped when she saw how cute and trained they were.
Rylou : dark grey with blue and red eyes, and is a germ- pit mix.
Kokinomo : black with white spots. Dark red eyes. Also, a germ - pit mix.
Yumai : white with a few light grey spots. Blue ice eyes. Germ- husky mix.
Atokomi : grey with orange spots with grayish eyes. A pit husky germ mix.
