I gasped when I saw my reflection in the mirror. My lip was swollen and old and new bruises covered my body. I put on makeup to covered it. I went out from the bathroom and put on my clothes. Then I walked to the dining room and David served me a delicious breakfast. It feels so good to eat again.
"I've a guest room for you to sleep." he said. "David, you're too kind." I said. "I want to help people, it brings me happiness." he replied. "I'm so grateful." I said. "No problem." he replied. "You'll find true love someday."
