What if.....Lucas was Max's bodyguard and she likes his attention? (I honestly have no idea.)
You guys know I LOVE to built up first.

Lucas punches the punching bag with his boxing gloves on, him being dressed in some basketball shorts and him being at his workplace at the station.
His whole upper body is sweaty with him working out constantly tonight, him just getting done with a job. He used to be a cop, him going up to be a protective officer until he wanted to go to security. He enjoyed the rush but thereafter he just wanted something a little more subtle but at the same time a high paying job because he didn't want to downgrade himself so he is now one of the best bodyguards available for hire.
He has tons of clients now, him having his own nice place and cushion money as well. He is proud of what he accomplished, him being twenty two and one of the best bodyguards.
Lucas goes over to his duffel bag when his phone begins to ring, him downing the water in his bottle while looking at the caller ID, seeing Sam Mayfield's name pop up on his phone.
"Sam?" Lucas questions.
"Hey there Lucas!" Sam greets with a smile, him being at the patio of the large mansion with his hand in his suit pocket. "Look I know this is very last minute but I need a favor, I'll pay triple the amount I normally do."
"I'm for it sir what do you need?" Lucas questions.
"So me and my wife have to go on a business trip which is about a few weeks. I need you to watch over Max however I don't want her leaving the house." Sam mentions.
"Why's that?" Lucas questions.
"I'll explain when you get here. If you can dress in a suit we are having a little gathering here. I would appreciate that." Sam replies back.
"Yeah of course sir. I'll be there." Lucas says.
"Thank you Lucas."
"Course." Lucas says before hanging up the phone. He goes to put on his hoodie before putting his duffel bag over his shoulder.
"Hey see you Lucas!" One of his colleagues says.
"See you!" Lucas waves. He goes to make his way into his car, him driving to his house and going to shower, him going to get dressed in a all black suit, him not worrying about a tie. After he is done he makes his way out of the house, him going over to the car.
Max sighs a little in frustration while she wears a long strapless ocean blue dress that covers the heels she is wearing, her curly hair being all down her right shoulder, her makeup being on as well. She looks around at everyone in the ballroom, her just rolling her eyes while she drinks more of her club soda.
"At least put a fake smile on your face." Susan says, going to stand besides Max in front of the counter, her being in a dark blue long dress.
"Yes mother I am having such a dainty time at this god forsaken party with these people talking about how much bling they have and how they are going to spend their billions on stocks and investments yes real fun." Max states sarcastically.
"I didn't ask for you to rant I just said put a smile on your face." Susan says. "A lot of our investors and board members are here and—"
"You mean Dad's board members and investors." Max corrects. "Last time I checked you wait what do you do? Work from home? With what exactly?"
Susan scoffs while rolling her eyes. "At least I don't sit and complain about what we have."
"Don't do that." Max shakes her head. "Richness doesn't buy happiness mom, trust me your face tells me that."
