"We're here" I announced as we reached the temple.
"Jaldi chal hum late h."
"But main to hamesha hi isi time pe aati hu." I was confused by her exaggerated behaviour. Something is wrong, definitely.

"Sorry" we both said in union as we didn't wanted to angry her.
"Let's go" she said and we went upstairs.
And suddenly I heard a familiar voice "Namaste Kamini ji" said my HONE WALI SASUMA!!!! My mom greeted her and uncle back.
I saw all three of them standing at the entrance of the temple. Uncle, aunty and HIM!!! By the expressions on his face, I can tell that this was a surprise for him too. And damn! He looks hwattttt in traditionals.
I went towards them and touched their feets to take their blessings. "God bless you beta." They both said, smiling.
I glanced at him and saw him smiling at me. "Hey!!!" He said.
Kian's pov•
Waking up in the morning, I saw it was 6 am. I got up from the bed and did my morning business and went for jogging.
Coming back I saw mom and dad both ready to go god knows where.
"Where are you both going."
"We, not you" dad replied, leaving me confused.
"We are going to the temple with you." Ohh
"Okay! I'll be ready in few minutes." I said and went up to get ready.
Going to my bathroom I took bath and then went to my closet. I chose a simple white kurta pyjama.

"Let's go mom dad"
"Yeah"
All three of us sat in the car. Me on the driving seat, dad on the passenger seat and mom at the back.
We were half way to the temple, suddenly dad asked "Kian, you like her right, I mean you said yes with your own will right? Not because I told you to choose her."
"No dad, I like her. She seems...... Pure and genuin. Whatever she said, she seems true not like she was pretending. And her conditions for marriage were pretty reasonable." I said and chuckled a bit at last.
"What were her conditions??" Mom asked and I choked the air. What should I tell them?? That she wants me to recreate all the romantic book scenes.
"She just wants me be stay loyal to her" I just told them her last condition.
"This should be no girl' condition, this should be their order" dad said and I nodded. "And you have to fulfill this condition of her's."
"I will dad."
"We're here" I said reaching the temple.
"Let's go!!" mom said, all excited. Is she visiting here for the first time???
We entered the temple and mom directly went to pandit ji and came back after sometime mom said "Namaste Kamini ji" and my head snapped up.
I saw HER!! She was wearing a blue anarkali dress and was looking like a goddess. No doubt she looks good in whatever she wear. But in traditionals, she looks alluring. Came towards us and touched mom and dad's feet in order to take blessings.
I couldn't stop my smile while looking at her. She looked at me and I greeted her "hey!!" She also reversed the smile and wished me back.
Though it's hard to read her expression but I can see a tint of red colour making it's way towards her cheeks.
Our eye to eye talks came to an end as mom's voice reached our ears. "Kian Yashaswi idhar aao dono" we saw them already far away from us.
"Come" I said and walked with her towards pandit ji and others.
"Here we are deciding your wedding date and you both are enjoying in the corner." Kamini aunty teased me but I couldn't care less. All my attention was drawn by the world wedding date. I was overwhelmed by happiness. But I need to control my self or else I'll look like a desperate man.
"Isi liye aap dono aaj subah achanak se itne dharmik ho gaye aur mere sath mandir aye??" She asked her mom with amusement in her voice.
"Yesssss!!! Ye surprise tha aap dono ke liye." Yuvraj said.
After all these teasings, elders asked pandit ji the appropriate date for our wedding. "Vivah ke liye shubh muhurat do hain. Ek 1 mahine baad ka aur ek 3 mahine baad ka."
"3 mahine baad thik rahega." "1 mahine baad thik rahega." Both sentences came in union. Our parents said the first one and I and Yashaswi said the second.
"Look how eager the are, to marry." Feeling of embarrassment ran through my veins and directly went to my cheeks. And I can bet she's feeling the same.
"No it's not like that. It's just, it's my leave from office and can't extend it too long." I came up with a good lie.
"Yeah!! Same with me." She also said.
"Yeah yeah I can see that" mom teased us.
And now elders were talking and we were walking around and suddenly the thought hit my head and I asked "Can I have your phone number"
