"Oh Kay..." Gabbi said. She didn't know what to say. She had never had to console a pregnant friend before. "It's going to be fine, I promise."

Kay sobbed again, "But what if he leaves me?"

"That won't happen, he loves you. He won't leave," that, Gabbi was sure of. Carlos wouldn't leave Kaylee ever, especially if she was pregnant.

"Are you sure?" Kaylee asked.

"I am absolutely positive. Just come home, and tell him, and everything will be okay. I promise."

"Okay.. thanks Gabs.."

"Anytime, Kayls. Bye"

"Bye."

And they both hung up. Gabbi went back downstairs.

"Who was it? Why'd you have to go upstairs?" Carlos asked, the minute he saw her coming down the stairs.

"It was Kaylee, and you'll find out in a few minutes." Gabbi said.

"Is she alright?"

"Yes Carlos, she's fine. She'll be home in a couple of minutes."

About five minutes later Kaylee walked into the house, her head down.

"Babe? What's wrong?" Carlos asked, immediately worried.

Kay looked up, tears running down her face, "I have something I need to tell you.."

This made Carlos even more worried, "What is it, baby?" he asked, wiping her tears.

"I.. um.. Can we sit down first? Gabs, can you go get Logan too? I might as well tell them together.."

Gabbi nodded, "Yea.." she said, going upstairs to her and Logan's room.

Logan looked up from his phone as she walked in, "Oh, hey baby girl," he smiled.

Gabbi smiled, "Hey.. can you come downstairs? Kay has something she's gotta tell you guys."

"Just us? Not you?"

"I already know. Duh."

He chuckled, "Of course you do." he stood up and walked over to Gabbi, taking her hand as he began to walk towards the stairs.

As they reached the bottom of the stairs, Gabbi squeezed Logan's hand quickly, as if to warn him '"No jokes, this is serious."

They sat on the couch, Gabbi sitting in Logan's lap, as they waited for Kay to break the news.

Kay looked down at her feet, not looking anyone in the eye as she whispered, "I'm pregnant.."

Everyone was silent, until Carlos whispered, "W-what?"

Kaylee looked at him, tears still flowing freely down her face. She looked pale and scared, "I'm pregnant.."

Suddenly Carlos was just as pale and scared as Kaylee. He pulled her in for a hug. But whether it was to console him or her, no one was sure.

Gabbi looked at Logan, as if to say "Come on, let's give them some alone time"

Logan nodded. Gabbi stood up and they went upstairs to their room.

"She's really pregnant?" Logan asked.

Gabbi nodded, "Yea.. it happened at that party James had a few weeks ago."

They were silent for a few minutes before Logan asked, "How does your stomach feel?"

Gabbi had been throwing up this morning, and the mornings of the past two weeks or so. Sometimes it would happen at night, or random times throughout the day, but mostly in the morning.

"It's fine."

"Gabs.. do you think it's possibe that-"

Gabbi cut him off, "No, it's not.. It can't be..."

"But.. Gabs.. think about it.."

Gabbi sighed, "I know.."

"Will you take the test, just to be safe? Please?"

Gaabi nodded, "That's probably the best idea.."

But they still sat there for another ten minutes, neither moving nor saying a word. Just sitting.

Gabbi sighed, "Come on... lets go.." she got up off the bed. Her hands were shaking and she felt like her knees were going to give out.

Logan stood up and hugged her, "It's gonna be okay, Gabs. Even if you are pregnant, everything will be okay. We'll get through this, together."

Gabbi nodded, but still couldn't stop the shaking.

They walked down stairs and noticed Carlos and Kaylee cuddled up on the couch, sleeping peacefully.

Gabbi stopped Logan and pointed to them, smiling.

Logan smiled, and whispered, "Come on.."

They drove to closest convenience store and Gabbi bought the test with her hands still shaking, and ignored the sympathetic look from the cashier. They quickly drove back to the house and quietly walked in, making sure not to wake Kaylee and Carlos.

Just as Gabbi was about to enter the bathroom, Logan stopped her, "Calm down, it'll all be okay."

Gabbi nodded, though she didn't believe him. It wouldn't all be okay. Not if she was pregnant. She was still a kid herself, even at the age of 24. She couldn't raise one..

She closed the door and took the test then set it on the counter, washed her hands,  and set the timer so she knew when to check it. She walked out of the bathroom, her hands shaking worse than before. She sat on the bed next to Logan. They didn't say a word, they didn't touch, or hug, or do anything.

The timer went off and Gabbi shakily walked to the bathroom. She took a deep breath and opened her eyes to look at the test. She immediately fell to the ground in a heap of sobs.

Logan rushed over, and looked at the test which she had dropped

It was positive.
