The plains of Delt
The plains of Delt where Herm and his army of 4 million got decimated by the kryptonians.This will be the place where the new capital of Sadera will be built due to how flat the topography is.However certain parts of the plains are considered no go zones due to the destruction it suffered under the kryptonains during the failed Sadera offensive led by Herm.
Now the plains are filled with massive machines of modern equipment soldiers, kryptonians and the high elves all helping to build the new capital city of Sadera.However building a new capital city requires time even if one has superpowered beings helping so for the time being the new government of Sadera is using Italica as it's main base of operations.This is surprising considering Italica and the previous Sadera government doesn't get along well.
"So men,elves and kryptonians all building something together."Earendel said as he enchants a pillar to be more durable that it is.
"Looks like some kind of alliance.If you are done enchanting the pillars I would need to place those pillars at the required position."Rojoll said as he hovers just above Earendel head.
"You know this reminds me after the war ended in the first age where everything is trashed by the fighting all races for a while forgot about the tensions with each other and helped each other to rebuilt.However this period only lasted for a brief 100 years before everything goes back to normal."Earendel said

Italica is now an extremely busy hub with many humanitarian efforts using the city as their main base of operations to coordinate the rebuilding of infrastructure.The city also houses some officials of the new government of Sadera.
"You know I find it pretty ironic that now the mighty Saderan royal family is staying in Italica after they always boasted that the Saderan capital will never be conquered."Deliah said
