Chapter 11 - Saige x Jasper

Saige wakes up to a text on her phone from Jasper. She gets out of her bed and changes out of her pajamas. She puts on a pink crop top with blue jeans and her roller sneakers. She puts on some Iron Man red lipstick. She grabs her purple purse and her phone. She walks downstairs. I'm Gonna go hang out with my friends Saige yells. Tony says Uh no you're not That outfit is too revealing go change. Ugh, Dad, you bring home girls with less than this on and I'm going shopping with MJ, Peter, Ned, and Jasper. I'll be fine Saige says annoyed. Saige leaves shutting the door. She sits on the front step popping the wheels out of her sneakers. She rolls down the street and meets up with MJ and Mark. They meet up with Ned and Peter at the mall. The boys all go into a video game store. Mj and Saige go into a clothes store. Mj says to saige, you would look good as a skater girl. You think so Saige says. Saige grabs some clothes from a rack. Saige pays for them at the counter. Mj and Saige walk out of the store and walk to the so where the boys are.
Jasper smiles at Saige. Hey, you Three have fun Me and Saige are going to go check out the rest of the mall Jasper Says as he looks into Saige's eyes. Jasper takes Saige to a Small store. They look around and she sees a necklace that is shaped like an iron man's head. Saige picks it up and shows it to Jasper. Do you want that? He asks. Yeah, I do Saige says. Jasper buys her the necklace. Later they Meet up with the others outside the mall. As Jasper and Saige are Walking home. They duck into an alleyway. Jasper looks into her. Saige leans and Kisses him. He blushes at her. They continue walking home. Once they get to the front door She knocks on it. Tony answers it, Saige looks at Jasper and kisses his cheek. Saige walks into the house. Did you just kiss a boy Tony says Shocked. Yeah I did Don't you kiss your girlfriend can't I kiss my boyfriend? Saige says to him. Also, look at what he bought me She shows him the Iron Man necklace. Pepper sees it and comes over.
That looks very cool here I'll help you put it on. Pepper says. Pepper helps her put it on. Oh, Dad tomorrow I'm going to re-decorate my room it's a little too girly for me Sorry not sorry she says. Tony stands there in shock. Saige walks up to her room and as she is getting ready for bed Tony knocks on her door. Saige opens the door and Tony comes in then sits on her bed. Saige I was just thinking about you and thought since you are having a wardrobe change What style are going for Tony says trying to be supportive.
I'm going for a tomboy look you think I could get a skateboard? Tony fakes a smile and says Anything to make you happy sweetheart just promise you will be careful. Saige looks at Tony
Saige says Dad I know you worked hard to make me this beautiful room that I have  grown up in with my books and my window seat but I just am older now and I wanna change it up just cause I'm older doesn't mean I don't love you any less I may say I hate you sometimes but I still love you as much as when you first welcomed me into this family. Tony smiles and hugs her. Tony says you always know what to say to make me feel better and I love you, sweetheart.
Tony kisses her goodnight and leaves.
Saige sneaks out of her bedroom window after he leaves. She sneaks into an alleyway and meets up with MJ and Ned.
Did you guys get it Saige asks. Yeah, I got MJ's. I don't think this is a good idea it could ruin Saige's Reputation Ned says.
Mj and Saige look at each other and laugh then say together This isn't the worst we have done. The three of them sneak into a small comic store. Ned bumps something and the alarms start blaring. A few minutes go by then police sirens start blasting around them. A large suit lands front front. The helmet opens and Tony says Kids who are you and why are you in here? " Saige tries to act tough and says We wanted to rob a store like the bad guys. Tony recognizes Saige's voice and says Saige Elizabeth Stark Why are you out of the house at 3 pm Your curfew is 9 pm. Saige hangs her head in embarrassment and walks out of the store. Tony gives all the kids a ride home.
The ride is quiet as hell. Saige says Sorry Dad I wanted to be-Tony cuts her off What? A idiot Well you succeeded. Why did you think it was a good idea to rob a store you could have gotten hurt.
She sits there quietly and then says Well maybe I wouldn't try to kill myself if you were with me The only time you ever talk to me is when you scouring at me we used to be so close but you are so obsessed with your suits now you barely leave your workshop. Tony screams back Well I wouldn't have to scream at you if you would behave like a good You should be more like Peter Parker. He is a Good kid and he doesn't sneak out at 4 p.m. Sure he is mildly annoying but he doesn't keep secrets. Saige looks Tony in the eye and says Well if you like Peter so much why don't you adopt him Instead I'll just go back to the orphanage where I belong. She gets out of the car and slams the door and walks down the dark streets. She calls Natasha, Hey Nat,  so me and Dad got in Another fight and so can you keep the Avengers Tower unlocked for me, please. Natasha says Okay you can stay here but we are gonna question you when you get here and Bruce is already on his way to go talk to Tony. Saige smiles and says I always loved the way heroes work together. Saige arrives at Avengers Tower and Steve opens the door for her. Everyone is already up and sitting at the meeting table. Saige sits down at Tony's usual spot. Natasha looks at her and says So what did you do to make him angry.  Well, you see I snuck out of my bedroom window and then tried robbing a comic store. Steve Rogers says You did what? Everyone looks at her shocked. I did it because it was stopping something so While Dad was gone at the Avengers thingy I hacked into my dad's secret files and saw one called The Spider Boy. It was a file about this suit for a kid named Peter Parker my Crush and turns out my dad didn't like the idea of me dating Loki's son named Jasper then I kissed Jasper in an alleyway and he told me that he planned to blow up a comic store but he wouldn't do it if I was in there right? So Peter's best friends and I snuck in there tonight instead of Spiderman man showing up like I wanted. My dad showed up and then he drove my friends home then as soon as they left he started screaming at me going on about how Peter was a much better kid so I told him to stop the car and I got out and walked here. Thor says Soo, you are dating my nephew and we're gonna stop him from blowing up a comic store by committing a crime. Wanda says at least she wasn't helping him blow it up. Natasha says two wrongs don't make a right Saige. Saige looks at them and says Next time you see Tony ask him how his suits are and then ask him how his relationship with his daughter is cause last I checked he is barely leaving his workshop he is living off pizza and coffee he hasn't left it since the captain America battle today was the first time I have seen him in months. He looks different. He won't even let Pepper in his workshop anymore and she is more important to him than me. Bruce says So this is the first time he has left his workshop since the civil war we had 2 months ago. Natasha says no wonder he hasn't been around the tower he is barely alive. Saige says yeah you should see him now he is so skinny. I am sure he is building mark 500 by now. All of a sudden Bruce and Tony come into the tower. Everyone looks at Tony and they see how tired he looks. Saige stands up and walks out of the room. Natasha looks at Tony and says What happened to you
Tony says Nothing happened I just have a brat daughter who is dating a criminal. Saige says Oh the one who is living off pizza and Red Bull you are a literal mess you barely leave that stupid workshop and don't let anyone down there if I didn't know any better you are trying to kill yourself and your stupid useless Magnet is the only thing keeping you alive. You need therapy there is no hiding your PTSD. I'm gonna lie and say I'm fine. Tony says Well maybe I would leave my workshop if I had a daughter who cared about me you wanna date a criminal then you wanna change your style and your room has black paint and there is graffiti on my house that says Ironman sucks from your stupid party friends and I am just fine just cause my heart is barely working and I live off pizza and energy drinks doesn't mean I need therapy. You know Peter is such a better kid. Saige says If you cared you would look at what is going on something I never told you Jasper was going to blow up that comic store to make his father proud. Spiderman was supposed to show up not you. I was trying to prove him wrong. Bet you didn't know Loki is a liar he lies to everyone even his son who is just as cunning as him. I love you Dad I just don't like the way you act you're not the Tony I used to know.
Everyone looks at Saige. Bucky stands up and says He does what to you. Thor says Jasper is my nephew he lives in an apartment with his father. I barely go over there but the last time I did Loki was working on something and Jasper was in the corner playing with a piece of trash. That was years ago when Jasper was 5 What does he look like now?
Saige shows everyone a photo of him. Tony says Is that a Tattoo on his arm? Saige says yeah he has a tattoo of his hammer that says uncle under it and then a snake that says father under it. His house is okay. It's normal except his father is always busy working on something. Thor and Tony look at each other Steve says how do you know about this stuff. Saige says Well, first of all, I know about his house because I have snuck out of the house multiple times One night we went to his house before to meet his dad. He was sent to live with his father after he was born. CPS has taken his twin sister because Loki didn't want her. I think she lives with him now but I haven't seen him in a while. Thor says We have to help this kid he doesn't deserve that he was just trying to protect himself. Everyone agrees and Tony says I'll stay here and talk things out with Saige. Thor tells Tony we need Saige to come with us she is the closest person to Jasper. Tony says fine but she has to wear mark 50 the safest suit I have created  Natasha says Tony she will be fine Just stay here and rest I promise you I won't let her get hurt.
Tony sighs and they all leave. Saige knocks on an apartment door. Loki opens the door and then goes back to what he was working on. Jasper says Saige what are you doing here? Saige says I know but I may have told your uncle Thor and all the Avengers everything about your father and they wanna help you so get Abigail and let's go. Jasper hugs her and he gets Abigail and they walk to the front Where everyone is. Thor runs to Jasper.
Thor says Son I heard what happened are you okay do you need food.
Mark says Uncle Thor I am fine but Abigail is starving
Abigail says Loki could always use a jail sentence for life. Thor says Hulk, Clint, and Natasha take these kids home, Me and Cap are going to talk to Loki.
Jasper says He isn't much of a challenge I can barely flick his face and he goes back to working. Thor says Kid you are just strong it's in your blood. Thor and Captain America walk through the house and find Loki working on a laptop at a table. Loki looks up and says Hey brother, What are you doing here I thought you were busy saving your earth. Thor says Loki look at you are a mess Loki says Well I was always the mess of the family and you were the great one. Thor says Loki, my brother come back to the tower and spend time with your Family. Loki looks at Thor and says Let me just grab a few things. Loki grabs his laptop, a few books, a little plush doll, and a dinosaur toy. Loki says my kids will probably want their special toys. Thor walks into the tower with Loki. Jasper and Abigail hide behind Tony and Saige. Tony is confused at first and then Mark says Sorry but my dad is gonna kill me. Tony just stands there. Loki is screaming telling Thor to stop poking his arm. Thor is laughing and finally stops poking him. Thor says There you go, little brother. Abigail walks up to Loki and slaps Loki in the face then punches him. Loki says who the fuck are you. Abigail says I am your daughter Jasper's Twin sister. Loki says Jasper,  you have a sister. Jasper quietly says Yes Father her name is Abigail Mother named her.
Loki says Huh also did you ever find your mother yet. Jasper says No father
Loki says hey isn't that the girl you brought home. Jasper says Yes Father this is Saige She is Tony stark's daughter and she is a very sweet girl
Loki says huh is Tony here too? Tony says Yes Loki I am here I just look very different. Loki says Huh well I brought your sister's doll and your dinosaur. Loki sets the toys on the table. Thor says well let's get you to a room to rest brother. Loki says Not now I'm busy with something. Thor takes Loki's laptop and says Come on Brother. Loki says Stop it give it back. Thor says Nah I won't let's see what you're doing. Thor looks at the screen and has a shocked face. Loki says Give it back now Thor. Tony asks what is going on there. Loki says I'm not telling anyone. Thor says Loki how do you have access to Hydra's files and bomb codes. Loki says  it's called using a brain but oh you don't have one. Tony says why do you need this stuff. Loki says that's none of your business. Bruce says Loki buddy why don't you just tell me your plan. I'm sure it's a genius like you. Loki says well I was going to take over Hydra. Bruce says Now why would you do that? Loki says Cause I can and I'm Loki. Thor hands back Loki's computer and Loki walks off. Jasper grabs The dinosaur toy off the table and runs his fingers down the toy. Abigail grabs the doll and straightens the leather outfit it is wearing.
Saige looks at Tony and says Dad can we stay at the tower. Tony says Maybe it depends on if you go love crazy over this boy. Abigail says Don't worry Sir my brother is a gentleman. Tony smiles and Says I suppose we can hang around here.
