Chapter 19- The party

Saige and Ally are getting ready for the party. Ally says Red or Black? Saige says Black is your color. Now Purple or Yellow? Ally says Purple is perfect.
Everyone else is already at the party when the girls walk in.

Peter and Jasper are staring at them as they walk in. The girls sit with the other girls. A few minutes go by and Saige notices the Karaoke stage is empty. Saige walks on stage and grabs the mic. Saige says I wrote this Song for my Dad and I hope you like it. Everyone listens to her sing. Saige sings It was the third grade daddy-daughter dance. All the daddies held their daughter's hands and I waited by the door cause you promised me that you would come. I guess you didn't care cause when I got home I saw you there. You were sitting there with your Pallmalls and your beer. I was jealous of the things that took you away from me. You broke my heart so I broke your cigarettes and poured that whiskey down the drain till there was nothing left. You're saying that you love me but not enough to quit. All the things you don't remember I will never forget. Steve looks at Tony as Tony sets his drink down. Saige continues singing It was the night of my first middle school dance. A quick stop sack in your left hand. Lucky strikes hot on your breath. A scratch-off ticket and a 32oz high-life can. Bet you saw them in the checkout line. Carnations 3.99. Cellophane wrapped after thought, but hey that's fine, at least they're mine. I'll take you drunk I'll take you stoned I'll take you back as long as you come home. Rather go through hell than let you go. Those gas station flowers are better than being alone. Peter whispers to Tony did you do that, Mr. Stark? Tony says I don't wanna talk about it. Saige sings Grandpa liked grain alcohol and women way too much. That skyscraper city boy that never quite grew up. The hitting and the cheating, the quitting and the leaving. The Apple didn't fall far from the tree. Guess it runs in the family. Daddy had a hard life, he grew up way too fast. Taking care of business he shouldn't have. Generation to generation the same old shit new iteration. He yelled at me as they yelled at him. Guess it runs in the family. But I've got my daddy's temper and his heart of gold. I'm an over-spender and from what I'm told I got mama's lips and anxiety. All the things she tried to fix, so the irony is that it runs in the family. Saige walks off stage and sits with Tony. Tony says I'm sorry I was stupid back then. Saige says I don't blame you at all I just am proud of the song I wrote. Saige walks back to the circle of girls that are drinking wine and talking.
Bucky and Steve are talking. Bucky says You know me and Megan have been thinking about adopting a little boy. Tony says well I mean maybe Ally would like a brother.  Tony looks over at the group of girls and sees most of them are drunk. Tony says Tomorrow should be fun we have to take care of a bunch of hungover teenagers. Natasha says well Saige and Autumn drank a lot and Ally kept trying to beat Ellie in a drinking competition. Abigail barely talked or did anything she just read her book. Loki stumbles over with Jasper. Loki says Look at my strong son. Jasper's mouths help me. Thor who is less drunk than Loki walks over to Tony. Thor says Tony, you should end this party Loki is so drunk he is trying to lift my hammer. Tony ends the party. Ally, Autumn, and Saige are so drunk Tony, Bucky, and Steve have to carry them to their beds. Thor and Loki went to their rooms. Peter Parker and Jasper are in their room. Megan and Ellie are drunk and talking to each other. Tony says well now that the teens are asleep I'm taking my Ellie to bed with me. Tony picks Ellie up and walks off. Steve says well I think I'm going to go to bed. Steve goes to his room. Bucky Barnes slowly picks Megan up and carries her to their room.

Tony wakes up and hears Saige throwing up in the bathroom. Tony walks out to the living room. Megan and Ellie are Talking and laughing on the couch.
Tony says Good morning how do you feel you drank quite a lot. Ellie says I feel fine I don't the kids are. Megan says Jasper and Peter are playing video games, and Abigail is reading a book. They are fine it's the other three girls. Saige woke up this morning, walked out of her room stopped, and threw up all over the floor, I cleaned it up and she went into the bathroom. Ally is still sleeping and Autumn is currently in her room reading. Saige groans and Says Mom? I think I'm dying my head hurts. Tony says No sweetie you are just hungover. Saige sits down. Megan says So why were you called the Avengers when you could have been called B.I.T.C.H. Tony says Why would we be called Bitch? Ellie says Black Widow, Iron Man, Thor, Captain America, and Hulk Together are Bitch. Tony laughs. Steve yells LANGUAGE. Ally walks out of her room. Ash says Saige you ready to train and learn your powers. Tony says She is a little unwell. Ally says Are you Saige? No, you are Tony so mind your business. Autumn walks in. Autumn says I'm ready  Ally I'll meet you in the training room with the others. Ally nods her head. Saige Says If we are the next generation of Avengers we have to fight ourselves rather than each other to get there. Ally and Saige walk out. Tony beams with pride. Tony says I'm so proud of her! Steve says At least she is smarter than you. The kids are in the training room. Peter Parker is practicing his web shots. Jasper and Abigail are practicing their powers together. Autumn is lifting weights. Ally is teaching Saige how to control her powers. Tony, Steve, Natasha, Bruce, and Thor are watching the kids train. Natasha says Saige is right they are the next Avengers. Steve says look at them training together we could never do that we would be too busy Fighting each other to focus on the main goal. Bruce says we have always been fighting each other that's how Ultron started and civil war, It was the cause of our arguments. Tony says imagine our kids turning evil and us having to fight them. Natasha says well they have a stark so I wouldn't jinx it. Bruce says Guys look at Saige. They see Saige floating in the air, her eyes are glowing purple, and Her magic is making their water bottles float in the air. Peter says woah look how cool she is Ally says okay Saige keep that power but float down Saige floats down and then squirts them with their water bottles. They all start laughing Peter grabs his water bottle and squirts with Saige. They start a water fight in the training room. Tony steps in. Tony says Hey this equipment is expensive. Peter squirts water on Tony's face. Peter says Sorry Mr. Stark. Tony wipes the water off his face. Saige this reminds me of the milk fights we would have in the mental hospital. Ally says Yeah those were fun. Tony says what mental hospital? Saige says Well while you were fighting in New York, Pepper sent me to a mental hospital in Brooklyn where I met Jasper, Abigail, Autumn, and Ally. It wasn't so bad we mostly did dumb stuff like annoy people and throw milk cartons at each other. We even made friends with the rats there. Steve says so while we were fighting aliens you were making friends with rats? Bruce Says You never told any of us about this! Saige says I didn't think it was important.
