This past few days. Y/n always hangout with ai. The idol get hold at hospital since the due is almost near. And what a surprise when her older brother the one would be ai doctor when that time come. Y/n remember back that night when gorou can't sleep when he hear that ai want he the one deliver it.

Y/n walk inside ai room and see her older brother scan ai stomach. It's big. Maybe tomorrow the baby come out. Gorou smile then look at ai.

" The baby is healthy. Both of them look so strong and ready to come out anytime. " After gorou said that. Ai smile then look at y/n and gorou.

"That good to hear. I hope you answer my call when that happen. " Ai said as she laugh then look at gorou. Y/n give her a big smile then stand next to her.

"Of course! I will be there for you since your husband still not show up. What a stu-"

"Oi y/n"

"Sorry"

Ai giggle when she watch the siblings. The idol smile then hold her stomach.

"I want you the one be my doctor. " She said as she look at gorou. The older brother smile then nod his head with proud.

Then ai look at y/n then hold her hand. " And I want you to come with me and stand at my side when that time come.. can you? " Ai asked with soft voice. She look at y/n with cute and puppy dog eyes make the poor girl feel weak to reject it.

"O.. okey. I just gonna tell you that I don't know what to do when that happen. " Y/n said as she smile as she hold ai hand tightly. Ai giggle then nod her head. "It's fine. As long you stay with me.. I'm happy. " Ai said.

Gorou smile as he watch his sister and his favourite idol talking to each other. "I will go back now.. you can stay here if you want y/n" he said as he start to walk out from ai room. Y/n wave bye at her brother as ai look at y/n with smile. Happy that she got a company tonight.

Time skip with Chibi gorou get stab by Chibi stalker.

Y/n pov

Where is he?! AI is at her due now!! I continue call my brother and hoping to hear a answer but all I get is a voice mail. The nurse come to me with worried.

"It's doctor gorou not here yet? " The nurse look around. I shake my head then walk inside the room. As I step inside. The room full of ai scream in pain. Aw.. I can't..

We need to call another doctor. I as I want to leave ai grab my hand tightly. She look at me with tired and pain write on her face.

"Y/n... Please don't leave me alone.. please.. " she whispered as she hold her stomach. I look at her then at nurse.

"Call another doctor!! My stupid brother can't come right now! GO!! "

the nurse start to run out. AI continue to grab my hand as she try her best to control her breath.

another time skip where Chibi y/n hold the baby in her arm

After a few week. AI complete heal. She still hold her twin. Funny enough both of them have eyes like her. But only one side.

The girl she give name Ruby. While the boy she give name aquamarine.. I smile when I remember back all nurse reaction when they hear aqua name.

I walk inside ai room while hold a few food and baby clothes for her.

"AI!! Here a things for the baby" I look around and didn't see ai. oh maybe she in the bathroom. I walk to baby bed then smile. Watch both of them sleep peacefully.

But.. right now I still wonder and confuse where is my stupid brother go.. that fucking stupid better give me a good explanation. I try to contact him but again the phone not pick up. Try searching at his other favourite place and still no answer.

Where are you brother..

A door sound make me back to reality. I turn around with big smile but slowly my smile gone as my red face suddenly come.

There.. AI standing with just a towel. She look at me with her wet hair. She give me a big smile then walk to her bed and sit down. Her hand start to dry her hair but my eyes never leave her body.

The baby cry make me look away from Ai. What the fuck?? Why I thinking like that??

Ai smile as she stand up and  she walk to her baby and pick Ruby up. She make a cute little sound as she sit on the bed then slowly open her towel. Show her boobs. My eyes open wide then look away again.

"Aww y/n~ you look away? We both girl no?? " Ai voice make me cough then walk to the door.

" The food.. and baby clothes on the table... "I said with low voice as my neck and my ears turning red. Fuck this. I saw Ai boobs.. we both girl but still!!!!

As I close the door I hear ai laugh. She gonna kill me someday..

After a few more week Ai finally can come out from the hospital. I feel sad since she have to go back home now.. I don't have anyone right now.. home feel so empty.. my brother still didn't come home even I report to the police.

"Y/n"

I look behind me and see Ai. She walk to me with both baby in her arm. She smile then sit down beside me.

"Thank you.. for being my side the whole time.. I know that your brother is missing right now but you still come and taking care of me.. I'm.. happy.. "she whisper as her start eyes didn't leave the twin.

"I have a idea y/n since you alone right now. " Ai look at me with hope. I just wait for her to continue. Want to hear what her idea are..

"Come home with me.. please? "

"Uh?"
