Justin's P.O.V
------------------
I didn't wanna leave her like that, but if I didn't my dad would've killed me.
He's at a business meeting but told me to get home straight away.
Making my journey home I can't get that necklace out of my head.
It can't be, it just can't be.

Once I get up to my room I head straight to my wardrobe, and pull out an old wooden box.
I search until I find what I was looking for...
I pull a necklace with a round pendant on it.
So it's true...
I put the box down and sit on the floor staring at the necklace.
My thoughts go back to an old memory.

*Flash back*
----------------
"Eric" The dark haired woman spat towards my father. "Why are you doing this?" She finished.
"Because, your highness" My dad spat back. "You and your king took everything from me I'm just simply returning the gesture" He said.
"Take her away" he finished smirking.

The woman cried out and was dragged through the doors. I watched.
"Come here son" My father crouched down to my level.
"Someday you'll be in control. you will lead this revolution against the king for what he did." He says with a dark voice.
I just nod, I'm too scared to say anything.

Then suddenly one of the men in uniforms called my father, he told me to stay where I was. so I did.
Minuets past and I just stood there looking at the dirt on my junior converse, when I heard faint cries.
"Who's there!?" I call out looking around the room.
Then my attention went to the bed, the valence underneath it was moving.
I started to walk over to it, I bent down and lifted it up.
Straight away I'm met with a girl she had a big pair of watery dark brown eyes.
She looked so afraid.
"You're the princess aren't you?" I whispered so she wasn't afraid of me.
"Plea-please..don't tell them where I..I am" she stuttered.
I thought, if my father found her he'd hurt her and I'd be the reason why.

Suddenly my father enters the room again. I immediately get on my feet.
He looks at me suspiciously.
"Did you find anything son?" He asks.
I hesitated.
"No, nothing interesting" I reply.
If he finds out I'm lying he'll hurt me again.
Please please please...
"Come on then" He calls.
As he's walking out I turn and look at the bed again.
Then I walk away.

*Flash back ends*

I play with the pendant and stare into space.
Do I confront her?
Do I tell her I know who she is?
Do I tell her that my father killed her mother?

Then, I hear the front door slam.
I rush to hide the box and necklace.

"JUSTIN" My father screams up the stairs.
I look at the closed door, the only source of protection I have left.

"GET DOWN HERE" He shouts louder this time.

"NOW!" He screams. He's angry.

I take a deep breath and head downstairs...

End of Justin's P.O.V
--------------------------

I close the book I just finished.
Thinking of last night my hand reaches up and holds my necklace.
Did I do something?
Who was on the phone?
Will I see him again?
I sigh and get up to choose another book.
At the moment I'm in the palace library. I've read every book at least once, some many times.
As I'm looking for a new book my phone starts to ring.
I drop the book I was holding and quickly went to my phone.

"Hello..?" I say slowly.
"Hey" Justin's replies just as slow.
"Justin, hi, how are you?" I politely ask
"Um, I'm fine. I just wanted to say sorry for leaving last night." he says.
"Oh don't wor-" I didn't finish cause he interrupts me.
"Sooooo as a sorry, I'd like to take you to dinner." he finishes.
I think for a moment.
I do want to see him again...
"Okay. Sounds good." I reply smiling.
"Great, around 7? Meet me in town?" He asks. He sounds happy again.
"Sure" I smile wider.

----
Standing in the middle of town, I look out for Justin.
I feel a tap on my shoulder.
I smile and turn around quickly, my smile immediately disappears when I see the bruises on Justin's face.
A massive brown and purple bruise on his cheekbone.
He just looks at me. His eyes soft and sad.

I don't know if I should ask.
He may not tell me the truth.
He holds his arm out for me to take,
"Shall we?" He smiles a little.
Looking at his arm I smile and accept.
He leads me to a cute little restaurant hidden in the corner of the street.

I smile at the frost and fairy lights in the window of the restaurant Justin holds the door for me.
"Thank you" I say and he smiles at me.
"Good evening, how can I help you?"
"Reservation for Bieber" Justin says politely at the women.
"This way please" she smiles holding the menus.
We're led to a table for two at the back.

Once we were settled and the waitress had took our orders, thing's went quiet Too quiet...
"Is something the matter?" I ask.
He looks up at me, He seems quite agitated.
He goes to say something but the waitress interrupts him.
"Here you go guys, enjoy your meal" She smiles.
I look back over to Justin, but he's already looking at me.
I frown looking at his bruise again.

Half way through the meal Justin turns to me.
"I know who you are" He blurts out.
My head shot up to meet his gaze, he bits his lip.
"What are you talking about?" I try to play dumb.
"I know you're the princess" He whispers so no one around us could hear.
"How?" I whisper back.
He takes a deep breath looks at me.
Then he pulls out something and put it on the table.
It's the necklace, or to be more specific my mother's necklace.

"Where did you get this!?" I say.
He just looks at me.
"Okay..Do you remember the day your mother was taken?" He asks.
I nod looking at the necklace.
"There was...a boy. He found you" he says slowly.
Realisation hit me. Its Justin. He's the boy who saved me all those years ago.
"It was you.." I whisper.
He nodded slowly.
