When a girl has always been there for someone, there comes times where she'll need someone to be there for her as well.
You may not always be able to tell when something is bothering her, or that she is feeling down, but don't hesitate to ask. "Are you okay?" or "Is there anything I can do for you?" because even if she says no thank you or I'm fine, it's the thought that counts. You tried to comfort her, when everyone else either ignored her or didn't even bother to ask if she was okay.

And sometimes that's all a girl really needs. Someone who will take the time to listen, or someone who will go out of their way and try to bring comfort to them. A lot of girls keep their emotions bottled up on the inside and hide away their pain with a cheeky smile on their face.
A smiling face doesn't always mean that everything is okay and nothing is wrong. It's a cover up to hide how they are truly feeling, because maybe they don't want people asking questions about why they are feeling the way they are.
A smile is so much easier for them to do, even if it's forced.

Guys: When was the last time you took 2 minutes out of your day just to tell your girl how much you appreciate her?
It may not seem like much but just know that the little bit of time and effort you take will really mean a lot to her. You can honestly turn her day around, just by being sincere and letting her know she's important to you.

Every girl loves a guy who isn't afraid to show and tell them how they really feel.
When you are around your friends with her, don't act a certain way or be scared to show affection towards your girl because you are afraid of what your friends may think. Their opinion shouldn't matter more then your girlfriend's opinion. It's important to make sure you stay true to how you feel about her. Your friend's should accept and support you, not have something negative to say about it.
