She's in pain because she's been hurt. Hurt to the point where she almost wants to give up on everyone & everything. She's so tired of being manipulated & given false hopes. She just wants to cry, but she knows she can only cry for so long. She knows she's just wasting tears on someone who isn't even worth it. She gave him so much love hoping that he'd do the same for her. She did everything she could to try & please him & make him happy, but he never put any effort into even trying to make her smile. She wanted to be with him, but now she knows it's just not meant to be & she wasted a lot of her precious time that she can't get back. She's heartbroken, but will manage to pick up the pieces even if she has to do it alone.
All she wanted was to just mean something to you. You meant so much to her that it would pain her whenever you showed no interest in her on some days. It would pain her that you always made time for your friends, but could never make time for her. It would pain her to see that you're not next to her at night when she goes to sleep. It would pain her that you're not there when she wakes up. It pains her that you never made her your top priority, when she would always put you first. It would pain her that you're no longer the reason for her happiness. It pains her that you no longer want to be a part of her life. No matter how much pain she's endured, she still knows that she's still worth someone's time, love, honesty, & commitment, so she's not going to give up on love, she's not going to let what you couldn't appreciate make her feel worthless. She's going to pick up what's left of her heart & she's going to try her best not to lose hope on finding happiness again. I hope all the pain you caused her was worth it to you, because now it may be awhile before you find another woman who's as good as the one you lost.

FELLAS: If she's been hurt multiple times, just know that she'll be timid to give another guy her heart. It'll take some time. She's heard it all, seen it all, & everything so it's going to take more than just words to get her. She's tired of being mistreated, so she keeps her guard up, & she keeps a wall up around her heart to try & prevent any further damage. It probably won't be easy for you, but if you truly want to be with her, prove to her that you're not a waste of her time so that maybe after a little while of you two getting to know each other you'll start to gain her trust & she'll slowly start opening up to you. Maybe you'll be one of the lucky ones who gets a chance to share her love, & a chance to protect her heart from getting broken again.
When a girls crying, it's usually not a sign of weakness, she's just been strong for so long that she just can't hold the tears back any longer.♥
