About the other suit it's his other form the Crimson Dinosaur Katana by the Shodai Uzukage Arashi Uzumaki. It's not that he's adopted but the difference is how he seals his enemies as what you saw in the recent chapter. So I would christen him Hyper Naruto-Arisato-Hitsugaya Uzumaki-Namikaze. The XVIII clan head of the Arisato-Hitsugaya clan.
