IT was a tiring day for NuNew to wake up since he has been thinking about what happened yesterday. He can't sleep properly. It's still an enigma to him how Zee ended up as his husband. Yeah. He finally tells him the truth but it's hard to believe it. He didn't want you to force himself to remember it but why does he have a feeling that maybe Zee is telling the truth?

Even his mother said they are husband and husband. But when he wants a piece of evidence like sort of their marriage certificate Zee didn't show it to him. He was just staring at him blankly. Like he can't believe that I said it to him.

I don't want to believe him. Maybe you are wondering either how I freaking know his name. He introduced himself to me yesterday formally and said 'We're husbands'. Like heck! I can't process it.

Still thinking about it until now. I can't forget it. I just got up lazily on the bed and heard a knock. Probably, Mom.

"Come in"

The door opens and shows his happy Mom face.

"How's your sleep NuNew? Did you sleep comfortably?"

I didn't sleep well last night since I'd been thinking about what happened yesterday.

"I sleep good Mom. Ahmm...  Does P' Mix not yet home?" He can observe it lately that his brother is not coming home. He is that busy in the law firm?

"Mix might be having a sleepover with his boss. I cook your breakfast. Come on, let's go downstairs"

"You can go ahead, Mom. I will just take a bath" His Mom shook her head and leave NuNew.

NuNew just takes a bath and then goes downstairs to eat his breakfast that was made by his mother. He misses bonding with his family but P' Mix is sometimes busy with his work. He somehow thinks of having a job. He doesn't want to be stuck here and he wants to do something. Maybe he can apply for some job.

When he reach the dining area, he saw his Mom is preparing the plates and was almost done.

"Oh, NuNew. Come here. Sit here" NuNew sits beside his mother.

They began to eat silently. But not until his mother broke the silence in the middle of their eating. "NuNew, I know it's hard to cope these days especially since Zee tells you everything. You don't have to force yourself to remember him. Maybe the brain can forget but the heart will never forget it. Always remember that."

With what his mother said. It was true. It hits him to the core. His brain might forget about him but his heart cannot. Even when his husband is near, he can feel how his heart is pounding so fast as he runs miles away. He can feel something on his stomach. He knows it's not simply an attraction to him. It's more of that.

"Mom, is Zee my husband? I mean, last night, he told me everything. From the time we meet to the husband thing but I can't figure it out. How come we became husbands when the very beginning it was just a contract?"
His mother puts his hand in him and holds his hand.

"NuNew, it may not be a good start for you with Zee at that time but I know you love him. Zee loves you so much. I can see it. When the time you were gone, he keeps on blaming himself for not taking good care of you. He didn't stop searching for you. I know how hardships he experienced when you are gone. NuNew, give him a chance. It's not yet too late for you to give him a chance"

He is scared. But why is he scared?

"I'll try" Maybe I should talk to him. Right! Maybe a talk can do. I will make things right. But where I can find him? I don't know where he is living. I don't want to ask Mom either. Maybe P' Mix can help me. Oh right.
