Here once was a friend quite delusional,
Whose crush on the smart guy was quite unusual.
With eyes like stars, and books in his hand,
She dreamt of a love, oh, so grand! But still, her fantasies took a wild turn,
As her visions in her mind began to churn.
She imagined dates on Mars, at the speed of light,
With him solving equations, day and night. Her heart was as thick as a calculus tome,
While he solved riddles, she yearned for his home.
But the delusions grew bigger, and somewhat absurd,
As she thought he'd serenade her with the quadratic word.Oh, how her fantasies did swiftly grow,
With her, the smart guy didn't even know.
She dreamed of a future filled with intelligence galore,
While he studied, she let her illusions soar.Yet, her friend stayed by her side, day by day,
Laughing and joking in their humorous way.
They'd nudge and tease her, with a wink and a nudge,
Saying, "Your love will only exist in your fudged!"Oh, dear delusional friend, please come to see,
That smart guys aren't always what they seem to be.
But worry not, for with me who is a friend so true, I'll laugh and support you, no matter what you do!.(A/n; this poem is dedicated to me from my friend lhesly, I know English ito pero sayang naman kung Hindi I post.)
