Chapter 11

"What did you wanna eat?" I asked releasing her wrists

She giggles a little grabbing my face pressing her lips on mine for a quick peck, I froze for a second before I pressed my lips deeper into her lips taking in a huge breath, shit man, I love her lips

"Maniii" she giggled when I pulled back

"Mhm yeah?" I reply caressing her cheeks

"Can I have your laptop if you wanna leave me alone, I wanna watch good things" she says

"Yes, I can give you my laptop, there is no password so you should be good"

She nods wrapping her hands around my neck caressing the nape of my neck so gently, it was almost soothing, as I leaned into her touch more until I realized that I was and stopped

i got off from over her and sat on the edge of the bed, she wrapped her arms around my arm sitting beside me making me look at her

I grabbed her chin turning her face to me, I leaned down and kissed her lips gently, jsut a peck but gosh, I can't get enough, I wonder how she tastes

'Focus Manik, focus. Mission remember' my brain reminds me

'He is so in love' my heart comments

'Shut up' I yell in my head

I take a huge breath in pulling back from her, those beautiful shiny eyes makes me smile so much.

"Is pasta okay?" I ask her

She nods leaning onto my arm. I ordered some pasta and some pizza as well.

"Manik" she mumbles

"Yeah?"

"You are a really really good kisser" she whispers

I couldn't help but grin a little at the sight and her words, she is beautiful.

"Likewise little one, you are a very good kisser, the best might I add" I whispered

She grins proudly making me smile wider.

The food came in and so did cabir, we all ate together while cabir and I discussed a couple ways to get in he little warehouse where the girls are kept.

"Ready?" Cabir asks

"Yup, I think we should head out in a couple minutes" I tell him

"Ill quickly let Ryan know and get him to come here" he says walking to his room where Ryan had arrived

i look at Nandini to see her chewing on the crust of her pizza slowly, a pout formed on her lips, frown lines on her forehead

"Hey" I whisper

She doesn't say anything jsut walks to me looking up in my eyes

"You will come for me right?"

"Of course I will my love, ill be back"

"I dont' feel good" she whispers

I know she had nerves, Martha had told me that when Nandini is nervous she feels this pit in her stomach and gets nauseous

i leaned down bending my knees a little wrapping my arm around her back picking her up. I moved the pizza boxes and the pasta putting it on top of the side table.

I laid in bed with her beside me, she curls up next to me and wrapped her hand tightly against my arm, she didn't want me to go and I know that but saving those girls is something I need to do

I caress nandini's hair gently humming something random, even though I know she will fall a sleep right away because she was tired, her eyes were droopy already but she was fighting her sleep

"Hey silly girl, don't fight it" I whisper

She looks up at me with those tired beautiful eyes, gosh she is so beautiful. I kiss her forehead and then her nose gently.

"Close those beautiful eyes for me"

"You will go away" she whispers

"Shh, close them baby"

her nose scrunches a bit, the corner of her lips turning down a little

"No, don't cry love, shh come here" I say kissing her head bringing her to lay on top of my chest

"What if someone hurts me when you aren't here" she cries

"Shh shh quite baby girl, no one will hurt you. Im not going to let anyone hurt you. Shh" I run my hands in her face caressing softly closing her eyes.

She sniffles a bit making me take a huge breath, I hate hearing her cry.

"Everything is okay baby" gosh she is so much more sensitive than Martha mentioned

I knew she was sensitive, I knew from the second my eyes caught her sniffling sitting under a pine tree behind her house. She had just picked a beautiful rose from the garden and was sniffling when a thorn pricked her thumb

i later found out, she was sad because her father had scathed the rest of the roses to give to her sister and ended up hurting her because of the thorns

"Shhh you are okay little one" I whisper continuing to caress her back

About half an hour later, cabir walks in the room and was about to say something when I gesture him not to becasue Nandini had fallen a sleep on me

I gently move her off me placing pillows all around her, she grabbed onto one of the pillows but frowns cover her forehead.

"Take off your shirt and put it beside her" cabir said

"What? Why?"

"She will wake up if she doesn't feel your presence or is comforted by your scent, jsut do it"

I take my t shirt off and place it next to her, she grabs to holding it tight in her hands bringing It closer to her. I lean down and kissed her head.

"Sup dudes" Ryan says coming in

"Dude do not step out of here, not even for a second. if she wakes up, you call me right away, if she needs anything give it to her but do not let her step out of here okay" I instruct him

"Sounds good" he said sitting on the couch

"Oh and she may run so keep an eye on her. I know she won't be waking up anytime soon but just in case. I should be back before she wakes up though"

He nods and kissing her head one last time I walk out of the room locking it from the outside as well, it was a precaution because Nandini is a very very sweet talker and Ryan will let her do things so ya

"You got my gun?" I ask

"Yup, in the taxi"

as we get int he taxi, I smile and nod at Ron who is in our team, he has been here the past few months so nothing looks unusual and has been gaining some intel

"The shipment came in an hour ago which is ahead of time, that means they are planning on doing this super quick. there are about 20 girls if my intel is correct and ronny landed 25 minutes ago" cabir explains

"Kill the ones necessary and I need him alive" I said to cabir

"Yeah, imm make sure of it"
