"Hey, half-and-half. Wait a moment." A chilling voice makes Shoto halt in his steps. 

Turning his head slightly to look back he is confronted by a deadly gaze.

"Yes...?" Shoto replies carefully.

"Follow me, will you boy?" And without another word [name] continues to walk her intended route. 

Seeing [name] walking away with a consistent pace, Shoto knew she expected him to follow with no questions asked, and he did so.

Even if his logical side insisted that this was a terrible idea he went along anyway. 

His mother used to call him 'my curious cat' as a sort of endearment. It was developed due to his very obvious curious nature.

'Curiosity killed the cat but satisfaction brought it back' was his personal motto.

Although skeptical, he saw that [name] wasn't leading him to any secluded areas and instead walked through crowded areas. 

Eventually, they reached a small restaurant that could easily be overlooked if you didn't already know about it.

Shoto was startled by a line of men twice his size immediately bowing to the young lady before him. 

"Master, it looks like you were followed! Please take a seat as I take care of this..." A comparatively lean man walks ahead adjusting his knuckle brass.

"He's my guest, don't interfere Katsuki." The male steps aside and lets [name] and Shoto pass through the door leading to more seats.

The young Toman leader takes a seat as Todoroki follows. 

Shoto subtly glances back at the man standing by the door who had the same name as his classmate but diverts his attention back to the lady in front of him.

"What do you want?" Shoto fails to hide his venomous tone and finally looks into [name]'s eyes.

"Nothing really. Are you scared?" [name] replies with no stutters in her sentence.

Shoto doesn't reply and instead stays quiet and seated, secretly surveying his surroundings. 

"You're cautious. Good...if only you had been so back then as well." Her voice takes a mocking tone which only makes Shoto's blood boil...but then again, he was confused by her words. 

"Trouble remembering...?"

-so, i've decided to add slight changes to [name]'s personality, just a smidge-

-i am well aware this is a mikey!reader fic but i'm quite bored trying to maintain the same attitude-
