Y/n Pov

I look at him i start to cry. My boyfriend cannot be facing murder charges. He's not like that. I look over at Derek staring at me. He feels bad. I look back at Hotch say say "Why are we still here we need to go help him now" he says your right let's go.

We arrive on the jet and i'm still in shock of all the event that have placed over these last few hours. We're about a hour away from landing and nobody has said a word to me. I don't mind i need to see Spence now.

I wake up to the feeling of Emily shaking my arm. I look at her and she says "We're here" I didn't even notice i fell asleep but i just nod. We make the 20 minute drive to the station where i immediately asked to see him. They took me to a interrogation room i open the door and i see him. His clothes are dirty and his hair is messy he looks like he has been through hell.

I sit down and look at him and the first thing i say is "how are you doing" he looks at me and just shakes his head. I can see the tears in his eyes. I don't want to ask but i need too. "Spence tell me you didn't do this." he looks at me and says "i don't know" i look at him confused and realized that he's high. "you're high?" he says "yes but i swear i was drugged that's all i know, i would have never taken drugs again but somehow they found drugs in the back of my car" We hear a knock on the door i look over and it's Emily she says she needs to talk to him i nod and lightly smile at him.

I wait outside the door as she asks him questions about what happened. About 30 minutes later she comes out. I look at her and say "anything?" she says that she doesn't believe that he did this but the police aren't gonna think the same as me. Hotch comes over and tell us that they can't let him go but they are gonna send him to virginia prison. i looked at him and say "Prison? he's a FBI agent he won't last 30 minutes hotch" he just nods his head.

We bring him to the jet to bring him back to Virginia. Luckily since it was just us on the plane we didn't have to keep in handcuffs til we got there. I stayed by his side the whole time spending these last moments with him before we can prove him innocent.

We arrive and when we jet off the jet there are police waiting to take him. I took at him one more time and i hug him we both start to cry before they take him. And i want to say those 3 simple words to him but now is not the right time so i say "i'll miss you Spence" he says "i'll miss you too Y/n"

After they take him i go back to the BAU to work on the case. We're all assuming it's Mr. Scratch because he's the case we've been working on. But the one think that can't leave my mind is that Spencer said he saw a girl in that room.

Hotch sees me still working on the case at 3AM so he makes me go home even though i tried to fight that. I arrived at my apartment and got in the shower. That's when i let it all out tears were flowing down my face. I eventually calmed down and got out the shower and threw on one of Spencer's hoodies and then I lay down.
