Spencer's Pov

I've been in prison for 3 weeks now. Y/n has visited me every week, i love her coming to see me but i hate her seeing me like this. The Prison refuses to put me in protective custody. So i'm stuck in general as of now. Y/n swears she's close to breaking the case but i think she just says that to make me feel better.

I hear the guard "Reid you gotta visitor" i stand up knowing it's her and follow the guard. I sit at the chair across from her. She smiles at me i give her a light smile back. "How are you doing?" she says "i need to get out of here y/n i can't stand this" she looks at me with tears in her eye "i know baby i'm really trying" he looks at her and puts his hand on the glass "i know you are thank you for doing this for me love" she put her hand up on the glass to match mine and just looks at me.

I say "you don't have to keep coming here every week" she replies with "it's what i do" i tear up a little "i wait for you"

Y/n Pov

Me and Spencer talk for about 20 more minutes before the guard says that it's time to wrap it up. All i want is too give him a hug and tell him it's all going to be okay. I leave and head over to his apartment i've been visiting his mother as much as possible. I walk in and say hi to Diana but there's a new nurse. I didn't think much of it me and her made small talk but then i sat with Diana as she told me stories about Spencer.

A few hours later i went home and looked over Spencer's case. Something still seems off but we've been trying to track down scratches steps but we can't find him.

this is a very short chapter and it's really gonna be a short story too. it's my first one so i'm still learning but i think 10 chapters at most. there will be smut later on!!
