A/N: Just a backstory of Reina before the events of the campaign, enjoy.

A/N #2 (because I know these are so much fun): This will be long. Very long. ;)

A loud crash echoes down a silent midnight street, followed by hurried footsteps and yelling. A group of four men stood in the middle of the street, looking left and right while shards of glass lay around their feet. "Yoo-hoo~" A voice called from above them. The four looked up to see a shortish woman standing on the roof of the build, a smug grin on her face and a large sack swung over her shoulder. "Thanks for your generous donation, assholes" she said, causing the four men to shout curses at her. "Yeah yeah, keep trying. Same time next month?" With that final remark, the woman jumped off the roof, taking off down the alleyway that ran behind the building. After a good few minutes of running, the town came to a end, and the woman ran full tilt into the forest in-front of her. "Heh, easy peasy" she said, leaping into a nearby tree and crouching there for a moment to make sure she wasn't being followed.

Once satisfied, she began to jump from tree to tree, the pair of small bat wings attached to her shoulders allowing herself to be propelled greater distances than normal people. Coming to a fallen tree, the woman dropped to the ground, moving a few bushes to reveal a dirt tunnel just large enough to walk down if the person was crouching. Moving into the entrance, the woman replaced the bushes before moving down the tunnel, her bag of stolen shit being dragged behind her. She eventually came to a wooden door with small carvings engraved upon it, which she immediately pushed open. "Home sweet home" she muttered, lighting a match and setting a few candles scattered around the place ablaze, illuminating the underground room. Unlike what you'd expect from a place built under several feet of dirt, the place was abnormally clean and well furnished.

The ceiling was barrel vaulted with not a gap showing, allowing no dirt from beyond to enter. Tiles covered ever available surface area, and columns were evenly placed around the walls to support the ceiling. Although clean and tidy, the room was barely high enough to stand it, and seemed to be a mix of everything you'd find in a normal house. A table with four chairs and a cupboard sat in one corner, a small bed in another, and a bookshelf in yet another. In the centre of the room was a single beanbag on top of a rug, a half finished apple sitting next to it, and a book open to a specific page lay upside-down. In the remaining corner there was a door similar to the one the woman had entered. Dumping the sack she was carrying on the ground, the woman sighed and slumped on the beanbag, a exhausted look on her face. "Infierno sangriento, this shit was heavy" she muttered, looking towards the many jewels, gold, silver and copper now scattered across the floor.

Groaning, she dragged herself off the beanbag, shoving the rug and everything on it to the side, revealing a trapdoor in the floor. Lifting the top, it revealed a ladder leading down into darkness. Using her dark vision, she was able to tell everything she had previously stolen was still resting at the bottom of the ladder. Shoving the sack down the hold, a loud crash was heard as it collided with the other loot. Closing the trapdoor, she replaced the rug and everything on it, before once again falling upon the beanbag. "Maybe I should get a partner. It would make this easier" she said to nobody. "Nah, fuck that. They'd probably steal from me, or just rat me out to the police." The woman let out a loud sigh, her wings spread out on either side of her, and her head lolling mere centimetres above the floor. Reaching her hands up, she pushed off the beanie she was wearing, revealing the pair of red horns sticking out of her long black hair, which was currently pinned back out of her face. Her black shirt felt like it was sticking to her, and her red vest lay splayed out around her back.

She kicked off her boots, reaching down and unclipping her shin guards while simultaneously readjusting her shorts, before falling back on the beanbag. Her blue eyes remained fixed on the ceiling, deep in thought about god knows what, when a sudden loud pounding came from the entrance door. Shooting up to a standing position, the woman nearly hits her head on the roof, raising a leg in reaction to the loud noise. Her eyes narrowed as she edged towards the door, pushing the thing open with her raised leg, prepared to kick anyone who would attack. Instead of an attacker or legal official, she came face to face with a large robot. The woman blinked a few times in confusion, before a thought shot through her head. "Shit" she groaned, recognising the robot. The large metal man moved forward, now standing hunched over inside the main room of the place. "Don't you know it's rude of enter without permi-" the woman was cut off as a large metal hand closed around her throat, pinning her against the ceiling.
