(SCP 049's POV)
I look at him as he is sitting on the exam table I set up for him. I smile at him. "I am going to start the physical now, My Dear," I tell him.
I start off first by testing his reflexes, they are all very good. I note that down and then put my fingers to his lips. He keeps his lips pressed together.
"Come now, (Name)," I tell him. "I have to feel the inside of your mouth, you can trust me."
He shakes his head at me. I sigh, I guess I have to use some unsavory methods. I grip his jaw with my free hand and pry his mouth open. Shoving my thumb into his cheek. So he will have to bite through his own cheek to bite me. I then use my other hand to press inside his mouth. So soft and wet~ I hum and push them back a bit into his mouth. He does not gag right away. That is good, not a very strong gag reflex.
I pull my fingers out of his mouth and he spits on the floor, glaring at me. I smile and continue to work on his examination. I get his jumpsuit out of the way and start to trace my hands down his arms. Nice and strong arms, very good. I then move my hand down his chest and sides. He seems uncomfortable, he will get use to regular physicals. I then have him turn around. Touching his back and feeling every inch of it.
He has a lot of knots in his back. I will have to work them out later of course. Make sure my patient is in peak condition. I cannot let him put his health at risk, not at all.

A Guard comes in and looks at us. "The testing session is up." He says. "The D Class needs to go back to his cell."
I nod my head, I hate to see my love go, but I know he will be back I have one more day with him to myself.
"I shall see you for our next appointment tomorrow," I tell him. "I expect for you to be more hands-on next time, love."
His face goes a bright red as he gets dressed and runs out of the room with the guard locking me in once more. I lick up the remains of him off my hand. Oh he tastes delightful~ I cannot wait to get a taste from the source~
