Shifting is the intention of putting your higher being/yourself into a reality you desire to go to! Like for eample:{ Harry Potter, <y hero academia, Freinds, etc!] You can also make your own dr! If you don't know what a dr is ill explain after this! You can also do group shifting this means you can shift with your friends, etc!
