Peter's POV.

I was upstairs getting my room packed up. There wasn't much because I didn't really unpack but still. I was mostly sitting in my room listening to Carl and Ms. Sivak talk.

"So, since Peter has been expelled from New York High. He will be moved to a new home, closer to his new school."

"Alright, May I ask why he's been expelled though?" He asks as if he cares.

"He got into a fight with another student, giving him a concussion and most likely a broken nose. Peter wasn't the one to start the fight but he did finish it."

"Alright I hope his new home can keep him out of trouble." Carl says.

"As do I. One more expulsion and he'll be moved out of New York. Anyway, I thank you for letting Peter stay here, I'll keep in touch in case I need to place another child." She says.

"Okay sounds good." Carl says with disgusted tone in his voice.

I then hear Ms. Sivak's footsteps coming up the stairs. I quickly grab my bags walking out of my room. I meet her near the top of the stairs.

"Peter. Are you ready to go?" She asks.

I nod and we walk out to the car hoping in. The ride there is quiet. We get within 10 minutes of the place when Ms. Sivak starts explaining about my new school and my new family.

"So you'll be living with this nice old couple, Winne and Buck Liberty. They have 3 other foster children, Sydney Ramsey she's 10, Sawyer Kendon he's 16 and Kit Kasey she's 14. The kids are really nice as well and I know you'll like them. Please try not to fight with the couple, they are just trying to help and do some good in the world."

"Midtown will be your new school. It's and academic school and they pride themselves on it. I was able to get in touch with the principal, he looked at your grades so you're in with a scholarship. They have some sports teams, I know your not huge on them but they are there if you want to try out. They also have a bunch of clubs that you might like, like academic decathlon. They go on trips and compete with other school about science." She continues to explain the school.

We get to the Liberty's home. Walking in we are greeted by a nice-looking couple.

"Mr. and Mrs. Liberty, I'm so glad you had an opening on such short notice. This is Peter Paker. He's 15."

"Peter, it's so nice to meet you, come on in and we can get you settled." Winnie said ushering me in.

Buck stayed by the door for a few minutes before shutting the door. The two of them then lead me upstairs to a plain looking room.

"Okay kid, listen. This is your room. You probably already know we have 3 other kids. We don't care if you sleep here or in one of their rooms. Curfew is 9 any later than that and you'll have a punishment. We'll supply you with lunch money and dinner, breakfast your on your own. Dinners at 5 miss it, then tough luck. Stay out of our way. The other kids will be back in an hour, any questions ask them." Buck says before the two-leave slamming my door.

"Great yet another one." I mutter getting out some small things to put around the room and plug in, "I start school tomorrow, so might as well turn this in." I mumble when I see the internship test.

Walking out of my room, downstairs and out of the house. I get a few blocks before changing into my suit to swing closer to the tower. Sad thing now is it's a 30-minute walk to the tower. Which turns into a 10-minute swing. So 10 minutes later I swing into an alleyway, getting changed, into my normal clothes, walking into the tower.

"Hey Kid are you lost?" The front desk lady asks.

"A little. Where can I turn this in?" I ask holding up my test.

"Umm.... Yea um-I'll take it. I wouldn't have my hope to high though, usually only college students will get in." She says taking it.

"I know." I say walking out.

Rushing to the alleyway to change back I head to my new "home." Getting close I change in another alleyway before walking the rest of the way back. Getting inside I'm met with a slightly panicked look.

"Hey, you're the new kid, right?" I nod, "Good come one we have to get upstairs." He says pulling my up.

"What's your deal?" I ask pulling my arm out of his grasp.

"After dinner aka 6 we have to be upstairs, or outside until curfew, otherwise theirs a punishment. I just wanted to help..." He says cowering aways a bit.

"Whatever, I'll be fine on my own. But if you need help just call me." I say giving him a slip with my number, "Give this to the other two as well." I then walk off to my room.

He nods hurrying off to the others. I lock my door getting my suit on for some patrol.

TIME SKIP (next day 7 am before school)

I wake up after a long night of patrolling. Changing and grabbing my school stuff I walk out, heading to the bus stop. I hop on and we start heading to midtown. I plug in my headphones turing on my music, blocking out all of the noise.

I get off at the stop next to midtown walk in to find the office. It was rather easy to find it actually.

"Hi, sweetie what can I do for ya?" The front desk lady asks.

"I need my schedule." I say bluntly.

"Of course name?"

"Peter Parker."

"Alright here you go. Would you like a tour guide?" She asks handing me the paper.

"Nah I'll be fine."

"Okay have a nice day."

Time to find my locker. Walking around I find the hall it's in, before actually finding it. I walk up to it to see another kid, short and chubby, also at his locker.

"Hey are you new?" He asks.

"Yea what's it to you?" I sass back.

He flinches, "I-i just wanted t-to introduce my-myself. I-I'm Ned."

"Peter. But this little meeting means nothing, got it?" I ask a little angry at all his stuttering.

"G-g-got it." He stutters, closing his locker and walking away.

I roll my eyes opening my locker and putting my stuff away. I then walk to find my first class. The bell then rings, great late already. I continue to try to find my class, managing to be only a few minutes late.

"Hello, Mr. Parker right?" He says making me nod, "Class this is our new student, Peter Paker. Peter take any open seat." He then starts teaching.

Only one seat was open, next to Ned. Whatever. I walk over sitting down, pulling out my computer to make adjustments to my AI.

"H-hey, were not supposed to have our computers out." He says gaining some courage.

"Does it look like I care?" He shakes his head looking away.

The rest of class goes rather smoothly, same with the rest of the day. Before I knew it it was the end of the day. I had a lot of classes with Ned and this really really pretty girl, I never got her name but gosh I need to meet her. There was also this kid named Flash, he tried to get me to be his friend but I quickly shut that down. After school I headed out for patrol before heading "home".
