Chapter six

A bunch of paparazzi piled into the store, asking question, they weren't like going crazy like the ones yesterday it was like the guys from TMZ my favourite show they asked me a few questions
"Dylan how are you today?" He asked politely
"I'm great how are you?" I smiled
"Good so what are your ties to the guys of Odd Future?" he asked
"Oh I was hired here yesterday actually, my family just moved here." I smiled
"Ya how do your parents feel." he asked
"Meh they aren't to happy they have there visions for me to coach just like my dad but i'de rather have fun and live my life." I smiled
"Oh ya we saw your moms tweet this morning about how she is upset that your a groupie." he laughed
"Oh ya she's pissed that I'm here I haven't been home since we moved in yesterday I crashed at T's yesterday." I smiled
"Wow so she must be so mad, are you and Tyler dating at all?" He asked
Before I could speak Tyler came in and answered
"Yes her mom and family are mad that she is out with a black man, and no sir we are not dating I hope we can change that someday though." he smiled looking at me
"Well I think that's all we need for today thank you Dylan and Tyler you guys have a nice day." smiled the reporter walking out if the store
"What the fuck Tyler" I said lightly hitting his arm
"What?"he laughed
"You totally just gave them something to talk about now there going to be fucking everywhere to see if we are together." I said
"What you honestly don't see us getting together." He smiled putting his arm around me
"Well.." I hesitated
"See so you do that hesitation says so." he laughed
I stopped talking to him, and went to help Lucas load some boxes into the back of the tour bus, the have a huge show in Austin Texas coming up and they will be taking the tour bus and stopping to do mini concerts along the way. I was thrilled to be stuck in a small space for a long period of time. i heard Tyler talking to someone asking who I was, I turned around it was an older guy holding a young girl.
"Clancy this is Dylan." said Tyler walking over to me
"Hi so nice to meet you." I smiled shaking his hand
"Nice to meet you to and this is Chloe my daughter." he smiled
"Nice to meet you Chloe." I said smiling at her
"Hi." she said in the most adorable voice ever
"Clancy keeps us in check and makes sure we don't do to much stupid stuff." Tyler laughed
"Hence all the grey on my face." he laughed
We laughed and talked for a bit then my phone started to ring, I looked down it was my mom
"Hello?" I said
"Dylan I'm sorry for how I've acted and Been treating you, I'm happy you got the job in fact I'm proud." she said with a sigh
"Wow were you paid to say this." I laughed
"No I spoke to your grandma and she said that your young and you should be free not locked Down To our career choice." She said
"Well then I forgive you" I said my grandma always had my back
"Now I would like you to invite all of them to the game tonight so we can meet them. you'll come down in the side enters cd security has you photo and they know you'll have some friends with you I'll see you then." she said
"Ok ok bye." I said hanging up the phone
I smiled and looked at all the boys
"So who wants to go to the LA Kings game tonight?" I said
All the guys yelled
"Well I have tickets for everyone my mom has had a sudden change of heart and she wants to meet all of you, so don't ruin this for me ok." I smiled
"You got it." smiled Jasper
"And Clancy you and Chloe and your wife can come if you want." I smiled
"Sounds awesome." he smiled
We all made arrangements that we would go to Jaspers after and all leave together.
"I have to go home and change." I said walking out
"Whoa wait I'll come with you." said Tyler walking out with me
I got into my car Tyler was I the passenger side, I drive off and got to the house, still no one was home. I unlocked the front door and Tyler followed me in.
"Wow this place is awesome" he smiled
"Thanks." I said running up the stairs
Tyler followed me to my room, only my clothes were unpacked nothing else, I dug through me closet for my black dress. Tyler made himself comfortable on my bed, looking around. I found the dress and ran to the bathroom, I quickly slipped it on and grabbed my Christian Loubiton heels.
"Wow I feel so undressed." said Tyler sitting up from my bed
"No it's fine it's just I'm going to have a few interviews so I have to be presentable." I smiled
"Alright if you say so. lets get to Jaspers now." he said putting his arm around my waist
We walked down the stairs I locked the front door and got in my car.

We pulled up to Jaspers house it was a lot smaller than Tyler's but still pretty big. I got out with Tyler and walked up the driveway
"Damn girl that ass though." he said from behind me
"Keep moving Tyler." I said looking back
We got to the front door
"Just walk in don't knock." said Tyler
I opened the door and everyone was there, this was gonna be a shit show at the arena.
"Wow Dylan you look great." smiled Lucas
Chloe came running around the corner and hugged me I picked her up
"So I guess you like me." I smiled at her
She didn't say anything
"Alright guys this is a huge deal for my family so be good and respectful please. like this is my families name in the line with this team and if you guys dick around my mom will not only hate me forever but she will hate you." I said
"Ok don't you worry." said taco
We left Jaspers house and Tyler, Clancy, Chloe and his wife all got in my car. and we drove off
"So Dylan what do you think of LA so far." asked Clancy
"Can't complain it's super nice, the paparazzis are everywhere though, in Canada it was a struggle to find them let alone find famous people." I laughed
"So are you considered famous then?" Asked his wife
"In the sporting world in extremely famous I've been around hockey and the NHL for a long time, and any hockey fan knows exactly who I am." I smiled pulling into the arena parking lot
"Well that's interesting." she smiled
I parked the car with the rest of the guys following right behind in there cars. I got out and locked the car. I walked with everyone following it was like a huge crowd of people there were gates and fences set up to make sure people didn't go through that entrance, a security guard stood there.
"Umm hi Dylan." I smiled
"Coaches daughter right?" He asked looking at the picture
"Yes sir." I smiled
"Nice to meet you and welcome to the Kings family." he said putting hand out
"Thank you very much." I smiled shaking his hand
"And these must be the friends your mom was expecting." he said looking at the group behind me
"Yes." I smiled he opened the gate letting us into the fenced area I heard people yelling my name
"Damn girl do you work out." shouted one voice
"Dylan Skye your my hero!" Yelled another
I just kept my head Down and didn't say anything. there was a part were the fences were lower and a few people were leaning over with photos that I had done a few months before I came here. a little girl was holding the picture
"Excuse me Dylan can you sign this?" I smiled and grabbed the photo and signed it along with the other few that were there. I took a few selfies and then kept walking. got to the door to the arena, where another security guard was
"Good evening Miss Skye welcome to the LA Kings family." he smiled opening the door
"Thank you." I smiled walking In the door Tyler had his arm around my waist escorting me through
I looked around and another security guard approached.
"Dylan if you and your friends would follow me this way your parents are just over here." he said waving me through
Everyone followed behind, while we moved through the maze of an arena we were led to a huge open kitchen I'm guessing for the players. I saw my mom and dad and I ran to them.
"Mom, dad" I said hugging them
"Isn't this place incredible." my mom smiled
"Ya it's amazing." I said
Justin was making a grilled cheese on the stove
"Dylan grilled cheese bacon sandwich?" He smiled
"Ahh does a bear shit in the woods?" I laughed
I introduced everyone to my parents, Tyler was especially nice. my brother was pretty happy to meet them too, he handed me the sandwich. I sat at the counter, on guy walked in while I was mid bite
"You must be Dylan, I'm Drew." he said putting his hand out
I barely swallowed my food. and shook his hand
"Nice to meet you Drew." I said choking
He laughed for a bit and spoke to me a bit longer, Tyler had come over to listen to the conversation almost like he was jealous or something.
"Well good luck tonight Drew and its nice to meet you." I smiled
"Thanks nice too meet you too. I'll be sure to score you a goal." he said winking at me and walking,out
I walked and looked at Tyler, he didn't seem impressed
"Oh I'll be sure to score you a goal." he said in a cheesy voice
"Chill out, he's just being nice plus I don't see why your so jealous." i laughed
My mom finished talking to us and she sent us up to our booth at the upper deck. she wouldn't be joining us as she was going to stay below and watch from the kitchen there
"Ok thanks again guys." I said hugging them
We walked out of the kitchen and to the nearest elevator. Tyler put his arm around me and smiled
"Well boys thanks for being so well behaved." I smiled
"No problem." smiled Taco
We got on the elevator and i hit the upper deck button.
"This is my favourite part of the games this is luxury." I smiled
"Oh really?" Said Jasper
"Yup free food and drinks." I laughed
All the guys laughed, we got to the top floor and I walked out, my mom told me it was booth twelve, we were in front of booth two. I led the guys around the upper deck, Tyler held my hand the whole time, I kinda liked it. we finally got to booth twelve, I pushed the curtain out of the way to reveal the luxury area
"Whaaat." said Lucas
"This was your every weekend." said Tyler
"Yup sometimes every couple of days, you'd find me here, but somewhere else like new york or chicago." I smiled
