pain and acceptanced

I heard the alarm and I went to check my phone and I had 1 hour until my shift starts so I got up and brushed my teeth I later put on my uniform and got my lunch I left 20 mintues early so that I can see how the family I helped is doing. I crossed the street and went behide the pole because that was were I last saw them but I could smell the scent of blood so I kept walking straight and saw a trail of blood I was worried what happened and if the family was in danger I ran to the end of the block and before I stop I noticed bodies next to the trash so I went towards it. I covered my nose with my sleeve and bent down to see there face I noticed that it was the mom of the family I helped I went towards the small body and removed the hair from the face and I saw it was the little girl I felt my eyes burn with tears "who could do this to a child?" I said under my breath I was angry that anyone would think of hurting a child all she wanted was her mother to be alive she never expected they both will be dead. I grabed her hand and kissed it "I might have not known you but thank you for not making me forget my self Im happy I got to help you." I said kissing her hand one more time and looking at her then my eyes widened when she squeezed my hand I looked up at her and she said "thank you" then her eyes started to close I hugged her and she died in my arms. I got up wiping the tear off my check then I checked the time and went towards the restuarnt. The walk to the resturant was gloomy and the only person I was thinking of was the little girl that died she reminded me of myself always about others instead of herself. I made my way inside the restuarnt I greeted everyone and went to the kitchen I started cooking the breakfeast that the customers ordered I sighed when I was in my last order it was 10 mintues before I had to leave but I blocked everything and just focused on my cooking after I was done I gave it to the waiter and grabed my things it was 5 mintues before my shift ended so I went in-front and when my alarm went off I knew my shift was done so I made my way to the bakery I only have my job in the restruarnt until next week and thinking about that made my stomach turn I walked the block that I first met the family and started tearing up even if I didn't know them personally I could tell they were good people who didn't desreve the fate that happened to them. I made it in-front of the resturant and went inside putting my apron and not greeting anyone because no one wanted to talk to me I made my way to the back and started perparing for the first order after I was done I handed it to the women in the front and she gave me a smile. After taking 7 more orders I was on break and I saw in the corner of my eye I saw Manson entering the bakery with a sad look so I was perpared for the worst " what happened?" I said making him jump and looking to his left where I was sitting eating my lunch he sat with me and said "I tryed but you will lose this job too" he said looking down at his hands. The people I wanted to help have died and I might lose everything but I don't want to lose the friendship we have "Its ok as long as you tryed" I said with a smile not wanting him to see how his words effected me "are you sure?" he said looking up at me with his eyebrows rised I nodded taking a bite of my buger "I have a proposel for you and if you need time I understand" I looked at him confused but I let him speak "Your skills and your heart have made me relize that I have been lacking I could have helped out this town so many times but I didn't because I thought it was a waste of time but after meeting you I have relized that the people in this town are kind, nice, and alone so I want to help them and with your help I belive we can help this town I can fund and open new jobs to open for other people and fund this town with anything it needs but I want to make a business and with you I feel that we will help this town, and I know thats what you want most but in order to do that you have to move out of this town" he said looking down at his hands I looked at him and I knew that the old me would have rejected his offer but now I belive this town needs help there is countless people dying and straving I want to make a differece, I always knew that I will help this town and after what happened to the little girl I want to help kids get off the street so I looked up at him taking the last bite of my buger "ill help tell me where I need to move and the details of our business" He looked up with a shocked face "Why did you say yes?" "I have seen things and I know things I want to help this town any way I can" I said with a smile "We have to move near my familys business because that is where we will get the funding after a while when our business is sucessful we will pay my family the money back so we can be a solo company and I have a name in mind" "what is it?" "town helping" I laughed " we need to work on the name but I like the way your thinking" we both laughed "so when will I move" " in a week We would go earlier but my mom is going to use her private jet this week to view other business but next week its all ours!" I looked outside and smiled maybe we will be able to help this town.
