It's been 5 months since I've been in school. Things have gone fine. I have more friends. I pretty much know most of the school because the whole school knows the 15 dance company dancers.

My main friends are Eros, Santi, Maria, Itzel, DJ, and Roman. Today we're going to a food festival.

It's currently 6:30 am and it's Saturday me my sister and brother are going shopping because we need new stuff and I prefer my brother to drive.

"Mateo, can yoy help me wiht something" I tell my older brother Mateo or as everyone else calls him,"Mat" I've always liked him more than my little sister clarissa she can be really annoying. Plus, he drives me everywhere.

"Que paso?" (What happened) He asks me

"There's a cucaracha in my bathroom, and it's huge," I say, dragging him into my bathroom so he can see the roach

"Alex, you're joking right it's so small it's not gonna do anything to you," he said, pushing me toward it

"Ya Mateo!! MAMA!!!" (Stop mateo) I said yelling

"Mateo, leave your sister alone and kill the roach," my mom yelled from downstairs.

After that, Mateo killed the roach, and I went to wake up my sister because she's the only person in this house who isn't a morning person and normally wakes up at 10.

"Clara!!! Ya, levantate no chinges. It's 9 am were leaving in 10 min, so get your ass up and get ready if you want to get some stuff." (Wake up) I say, walking to her room and pulling her blanket off.

"Ya voy" (going), she replies.

We went shopping and got stuff. I got new jeans and a new hat.we went home and I got ready and I put on my outfit (at the very top). Then I heard the doorbell ring.

"Hey Ale, you ready to go? Everyone is in the car," said Eros when he opened the door.

"Yep, just let me get my phone," I replied

I got my phone and I went down and I got into the passenger seat of the car.

Santi, Maria, and DJ were in the back row. Roman and itzel were in the middle row. Eros was driving.

"Does everyone have their seat belts on?" Eros asked before starting to drive

Everyone: "Yep,"

As Eros drove to food Fest, we were all listening to music I put because I clearly have the best music taste I put my playlist and it was filled with good bands like: chase Atlantic, arctic monkeys, and the neighborhood.

We got there at 11. The first thing we all did was we went to get food.

"The 5 of us want hamburgers. Do you guys want hamburgers?" Said Roman

"Me and Ale want tacos. I hope that's ok with you guys. we can meet up at the blue table when we get our food, " Eros replied

They went their way, and we went our way. There weren't many people we didn't really have to wait.

"Hey, what would you and your boyfriend want?" The worker asked

Oh, we're not dating. But I would like an asada and a buche taco and a coke please. " I replied

'I wish we were tho'

"I want a 4 quesabirrias and a Root beer." He said
