Why did it happen?

When I knew who it was, I told Donna's brother and he said that he wanted to
come with me to confront my roommate. I told him to get in my car and he started driving and as we were hurrying to get back to my dorm, we got in a car accident. We barely made out alive and people near the crash site called for help and we were rushed to the hospital.

I didn't have any serious injuries or so I thought but Donna's brother was in a coma. I had internal bleeding, so the doctor looked and told me to stay in the hospital for a couple of days.Donna's parents came rushing to the hospital they blamed me for their son's coma I told them that I knew who killed donna, but they weren't in the right mind to listen to me. I couldn't take it anymore, I wanted to bring the killer to the punishment she deserved. But I couldn't even move from my hospital bed.

So, I waited and plotted my revenge. A couple of days went by, and Donna's brother finally woke up and I was relieved one of the things was right in my life. He wanted to speak to me but his parents didn't like the idea so I snuck into his room he was happy to see me ,I apologized for pulling him into this mess he said don't be I was in a very bad place when I didn't know who was responsible for donna's murder but I'm finally ok for the first time since her death ,let's catch her killer he said as he held my hand.

His parents found out I was in his room and told me to leave or they would call security. I smiled at him and left he knew what I was planning. I couldn't go home so I went to his loft as he was still in the hospital, I waited for him to come home as his parents wouldn't be here.
I made a murder board, and I was trying to figure out why did my roommate kill donna as far as I knew her, they didn't have anything common other than me, I did a deep search on my roommate and guess what she doesn't have any record of being alive it's like she never existed.

So, I decided to sneak into the dean's office again and this time it was a bit
difficult since I didn't want to run into any people I knew so I stole my roommates file and snuck out and no surprise here she made fake records but there was a familiar name on that file it was donnas father. So, I called him, and he told me to meet him at the diner it was late, so I walked down the street as I was walking, I realized did donnas father know who killed her he didn't say anything.

I called Damon (donna's brother) and told him this and he told me not to go alone and that he was coming so I waited for him. He picked me up and dropped me at the diner and he was watching me and his dad from across the street. I went into the diner, my heart was pounding as I was thinking what I was about to uncover do I know what I'm doing so I saw Damon sitting in the car and I was ok, I sat down at the table.

Donna's father started talking he said that he was sorry, and he never wanted to keep me from finding donnas killer, but he was hurt as to who would do that to his little girl. He was afraid that someone was following him and he couldn't go to the police as they weren't any help during donnas case .I told him that it was my roommate who killed donna he said that, how did I know I told him that I didn't have any hard copy evidence so I told him to wait for a couple of days as I get a confession out of her.

He was glad that his daughter would get the justice she deserves. He left and I went to Damon and told him his father was being followed. He told me that he was the one following his father as he was a bit suspicious of him. I asked him if I could stay a few more days with him until I put my roommate in jail. He said yes. We drove home and went to sleep; in the morning the doorbell rang. There was no one there but a package was left; it was baby clothes which were covered in dust and mud.

I thought it might be a clue as
to why it happened but other than the clothes there was nothing in the box.
I decided to follow my roommate day and night, but she didn't do anything
suspicious to tie her to the murder. One day she slipped up and she went to the
post office to claim her po box.
We went the next week to the post office and claimed her pod box before her and luckily for us they gave it immediately, so we went through it and found some money and her birth certificate it had her real name it was Anne and guess what she is older than she is pretending to be. She was 25-year-old women.

So now I searched about her past and this time I found loads of things and everyone of then was bad she was a drug addict who was homeless, and she was in juvie for selling drugs. I was a bit sad as no one deserves it, but she did bad things she killed my friend. I told Damon that it was finally the day we were getting justice for his sister. The
plan was to confront her and record it while Damon would bring the police in the meantime.

I finally went to her, and she said, "what took you so much time. I
asked her why did you do it? What did she do to you? Were you jealous is that it? she replied by saying that you don't know what you are talking about. I said that I know everything. She said no you don't you know I was given up at birth I
bounced from foster home to foster home and never knew my real mother till I was 20 years old.

She continued that she was unloved abused in her childhood by her foster parents, and she started doing drugs. When she turned 18, she got out of jail and went searching for her father and she was kidnapped, and she was held captive for two years and she escaped by killing her capturer he told her who her mother was as she ripped his throat. She finally knew what she was missing, the thrill of killing the people who never loved her. Anne began her mission by
searching for her mother and she finally found her it was to my Suprise Donna's
mother.

The murder in donnas' high school was Anne's second victim she was jealous of
donna who had a perfect life, and she didn't even have food while growing up, so she ruined it by killing donnas' best friend. Donna never knew that she had a
sister if she had known this never would have happened or so I thought. Donna
knew that she had a sister the day of her death as Anne told me. Anne said that it
was never her intension to kill donna, but she just wanted her mother to know the pain of losing someone she cared. (When she found her mother) Anne only
wanted to kill her mother when she went to donna's house, she only found her mother.

Anne confronted her mother as to why she gave her up and not raise Anne. Donna's mother replied by saying I was only 16 years old when I had you and I never knew your father properly. Donna's mother started to sob as she saw how Anne had suffered all these years. Anne started screaming and yelling the same phase, "why didn't you want me." Anne was so angry that she wanted to kill her mother but she left in a hurry before doing something she would regret as she found out her mother was a good woman but who couldn't keep her at the time.

She just wanted to know more about donna when she joined college, but donna found out about everything that Anne was her sister and how she had killed her best friend. Donna confronted Anne but she didn't listen, and Anne tried to explain how she had changed, and she is a better person now that she forgave Donna's mother for giving her up. But donna wasn't in the right mind she hit Anne for killing her best friend and Anne just had enough she took a knife a tried to stab her, but donna took Annes phone, and she tried to run and call her brother, but he didn't pick up.

Anne finally caught up and she stabbed Donna ten times and as she took her last breath, she was free. Anne realized what she did was wrong as Donna was the only sister, she had but it was too late. Anne fled from the crime scene, and she came to the dorm and pretended nothing ever happened but when I started to investigate on my own, she drugged me during Donna's funeral and when I went to her parents' home. Anne was filled with remorse. I was scared but the police and Damon arrived; she went with the police willingly. He hugged me and said that it was finally over, and we went home. She was convicted for the murder of Donna's and her friend's. I'm at last happy with my life and I can move on from this horrific event.
