Chapter # 6 On A Date With Colin

*Once she gets back home, she decides to call Colin*

Colin: Hello?

Elizzabeth: Uh, Hi... it's Elizzabeth

Colin: Oh, hey
*He laughs a little*

Elizzabeth: So ... I decided and sure... I guess I'll go on a date with you

Colin: Really?! I mean... Awesome, so how about tonight around 10?

Elizzabeth: Um ok .. yea that works

Colin: Great, we can meet up at Olive garden.. unless you have something else in mind?

Elizzabeth: No, Olive garden is fine

Colin: Ok, cool... well... thanks for tryna give me a chance

Elizzabeth: Just wanna see how it'll go

Colin: Well, still... Thank you

*Then she hangs up and tries to sleep a little more, Elizzabeth's alarm goes off around 10:00 pm reminding her to get ready for her date with Colin, So instead of getting all dressed up and pretty, she's just like "fuck this" and decides to just dress casual with light make up cuz she really didn't care to try and impress him or anyone else ,she just wanted the night to be done and over with, then she orders a uber and waits outside, 15 minutes later it finnaly arrives so she gets in without speaking at all, 10 minutes later she arrives to the restaurant and Colin's worried face turns to relief once he saw her finnaly show up*

Colin: I was afraid you wouldn't come tonight, I'm glad your here and you look great by the way

Elizzabeth: Great? I wasn't even trying, I'm litteraly just wearing pants and a shirt right now

Colin: Well, either way... I still think you look very nice

Elizzabeth: Whatever

Colin: So, do you know what you'd like to order?

Elizzabeth: Yea, just give me a sec *She says while looking at the menu*

Colin: Sorry, uh..take your time

Elizzabeth: I'll just have a chicken salad I guess

Colin: Oh, ok..Are you sure that's all you want?

Elizzabeth: Did I studder?

*Colin starts to become bothered by how she was acting towards him , so he confronts her as soon as the waiter left the table*

Colin: Why, Are you being so mean to me... Did I do something wrong?

*She feels kinda bad for how she was treating him, so she looks away all sad then slowly gets up to leave, so Colin stands up immediately and tries to stop her*

Colin: Wait, I never said you had to leave!

*But, she just ignores him and walks out, so he runs outside after her, finding nobody there, then he calls her cell phone , but she doesn't pick up , so he calls again, and she answers while crying a lot*

Elizzabeth: Just leave me alone

Colin: Why, whats wrong? What did I do?

Elizzabeth: You did nothing wrong, your very nice that's the problem

Colin: Look, I know you've been hurt very badly, But I really like you , so please let me try to be there for you.. I.. I care about you a lot, dont run from me

Elizzabeth: Im sorry, I just dont deserve you.. and I really cant get hurt again... I cant

Colin: Elizzabeth, wait?!

*She hangs up quickly and finds a bench near the restaurant , then she just sits there to cry into her hands, but Colin walks around looking for her and hears a girl crying , so he goes in that direction*

Colin: Hey? , there you are

Elizzabeth: Go, away

Colin: No

*Then he sits next to her and holds her and lets her cry onto his chest*

Colin: Its ok, Im here now

*He kisses her forehead , she continues to cry for a few more moments then she slowly looks up at him, and he smiles at her and wipes away her tears with his hand*

Colin: Alright, now come on lets just go back inside and try to eat something ok?

*She nods her head in agreement and walks with him back into the restaurant*
