*Colin decides to ask Elizzabeth to join him and his friends for dinner, so she says yes,
but his friends randomly show up to his place to meet his new girlfriend before getting together at the restaurant tomorrow night as a surprise visit, they walk up and ring the door bell, so he opens it all confused*
Colin: Uh, hey guys... What are you doing here? We made plans to meet up tomorrow remember...
His best friend: Yea I know, but we just were too excited to wait... sorry
His best friends girlfriend: Well, where is she?
*She asked with a big smile, so he slowly turns around to call for her*
Colin: Hey Elizzabeth?!
Elizzabeth: Yea?!
Colin: Come here for a moment!
Elizzabeth: Oh, ok I'm coming!
*As soon as she rushes over to see what he wanted, she gets really nervous*
Elizzabeth: Um, What's going on?
Colin: My friends were too excited to wait to meet you tomorrow, So they decided to give me a surprise visit
Elizzabeth: Oh.... Great
*She fakes a smile as they walk past her smiling too and holding each other then they all head into the living room to sit down*
Colin: Well, Guys ...this is Elizzabeth, we've been going out for a few weeks now
His best friend: Hey, I'm Todd nice to meet you
*He reaches out to shake her hand but she declines it, so he takes it away while looking at Colin*
Colin: Sorry, she's kinda shy at first
His best friends girlfriend: That's ok, Hi I'm Wendy
Elizzabeth: Hey..
Colin: Um, I'm gonna go in the kitchen to grab something to drink... you guys want anything?
Todd: Yea sure, I'll have a beer please
Wendy: Oh ,I'm fine with water thanks
Elizzabeth: Can I come with you?
Colin: Sure..
*She follows him into the kitchen, then closes the door immediately*
Elizzabeth: Did you know about this?
Colin: No
Elizzabeth: Don't lie
Colin: I'm not lieing, chill
Elizzabeth: Don't!
*He closes the fridge and walks over to her*
Colin: Hey, I'm sorry.. I know you hate that
Let's just try to enjoy the rest of the day ok? and then maybe we can watch a movie later..or something
Elizzabeth: I'm sorry too... Your too nice to me.. I hate it
*He laughs then faces her*
Colin: Your gonna have to get used to it eventually
*She smiles and slowly looks at him too, then he leans in to try to kiss her but she gets scared and turns away , so he turns away too feeling stupid*
Elizzabeth: I'm sorry, I'm just not ready yet
Colin: It's ok, I'll wait
*She was about to walk out of the kitchen, but he grabs her wrist and pulls her close*
