chapter 18 Allen's Letter

Allen was up since he wanted to eat with Kallen this morning. As he was walking to Kallen's door Kai was knocking it. "Kallen come out or do I have to open it by force."
"Kai is Kallen still asleep?"
"I don't know if she is or she's ignoring me again. But I guess she's in there since I didn't see her or Tres in the dinning hall. So I came to check if their in here but no one is answering."
Allen came up and open the door since it was unlocked. Kai and Allen went in and noticed that all their things were gone only three letters. As Allen walked closer he notice that one was for him and the other was for Kanda and the last was for everyone.
"Kai I think this letter will explain what's going on." He said as he lift it up.

Time Skip

After reading the letter that she worte for everyone Kai couldn't believe it. Allen went to Kanda as he was just leaving his room. "Kanda Kallen has a letter for you," Allen gave him his letter which he was the truth but didn't expect him to be down today.
Lenalee came with Krory talking about making a party for Lavi and Kikyo. "Hey guys is Kallen asleep still I was wondering if she could help me with something."
"No she's gone and I don't know where she is." Allen said as he left to ho to his room. He lost his appetite as he thought that kallen left without saying good bye. He look at the unopened letter and decided to open it. He saw the beautiful handwriting of her and sweet scent on the paper.

Dear Allen,
Thank you for everything you have done for us. I'm sorry that I couldn't tell you in person, but Haiji said we had to leave. Haiji has his own reason and most of the time he puts his family and friends before himself. I wanted to tell you that I'm glad that I met you and had fun with you. I honestly never thought that you and Kanda could bring back a dead feeling back to life. Now that I have this feeling back I wish that I could have stayed a bit longer . I hope one day we see each other again and maybe by then I can answer your feelings with what I feel.

Allen couldn't help but cry a bit that she finally found her love for someone. He felt like a big weight was gone from the siblings, but only to he apart from each other again. He couldn't help but smile a bit that they'll see each other again. Maybe he could be by her side and make sure thery could be happy together. The feeling of that made him glad that he confess anf has a chance to have her by his side as well.
