"psst! n/n!", ochako whispered next to me at the cafeteria. i quickly slurped on my noodles in front of me before turning to face her, raising an eyebrow with my mouth full.

she giggled as i pointed across from me to another table. i swallowed my food and wipe my mouth as i turn to where she was pointing.

my cheeks felt red and warm to see a certain white and red haired boy gazing over at me. he saw us looking and quickly looking away with light red cheeks, midoriya next to him seeming like he asked if he was okay. shoto nodded.

i smile warmly at him before facing my finishing my meal.

"awwh, you guys are so cute!",  my friend sero next to me exclaimed. "you should ask him out!"

"hell no! i can barely talk around him." i say with a nervous chuckle, before putting my chopsticks in my empty bowl and push it away from me a bit as i wipe my mouth with my clean napkin on the table.

"aww.. come on! we'll help you," sero went on with a confident grin, my other friends at my table trying to hype me up. as they talked to one another about their plans for me to try and talk to shoto, i looked back over at him.

he was so pretty. i loved his scar, and mixed hair and eyes. it was so beautiful and unique. i gazed at him in awe with light rosy cheeks. his small smile and adorable laughter made my heart melt.

SHOTOS POV;

during our last period class, i kept gazing over at y/n. i saw them focusing on the lectures and taking notes from the board. i rested my face onto my hand and elbow on the table while  staring at them, not in a creepy way, just gazing.

they were so beautiful. the way their hair brushes in the wind and when they walk, and their e/c are breathtaking. everyday i see them by themselves in or outside of class or by the dorms, i think about holding their hand.

at this point, i was zoning out and daydreaming about y/n. until i heard a familiar voice;

"psst! todoroki?", a quiet but soft voice spoke up next to me. i turn my head to see momo looking over at me. "l/n told me to give this to you."

she smiled at me, passing me a small note. i nod my head a bit with a small smile as i turn back to my desk and open the note.

' do you wanna hangout after school? '

my heart melted at the cute note as i looked up and saw y/n gazing over at me. their cheeks went a bit flushed as they turned back around. i smile warmly at them replying on the note, passing it back down the lane of desks to y/n.

i felt a soft tap on my shoulder behind me as one of my classmates smiled at me, passing me back the note secretly. i smile back nervously. 

i hold the note in my hands by my lap, under my desk. i was kinda scared to open it. 

i slowly unopened the small piece of paper and felt my cheeks go bright pink.

' i'd be happy to, my love. '
