The next day Mindy and Chad went to pick up the surprise that their mom sent Them, Chad was excited to see what it was, Mindy, of course, was texting Zaira because she and Ziara were bored and because Mindy HATES surprises

Mindy get off the damn phone, you need to keep your eyes peeled for the surprise I told her.

I hate surprises plus I'm texting Zaira, Mindy refused.

Ok well, Mom said she hopes we love the surprise, so please whatever the surprise just don't call it stupid, Ok? I asked her.

No promises, Mindy smiled.

Uh, excuse me? Are you Mindy and Chad? Asked a little girl.

Yes, this is them, Mindy said hesitantly.

Oh, Hi, I'm Abigail, your mom told me to give you guys these, said Abigail.

She handed them a box of cookies and a note that said "This is your new sister, Mindy, don't be mean to her, Chad, don't give her bad advice. Ps I made you cookies with love, Mom❤︎

Well...welcome to the family Abigail, can I call you Abby? I asked her smiling.

Well, let's go I'm excited to introduce you to all of our friends, I told her.

I'm excited to meet them, they seem cool, she replied as we walked to the car.

Yeah, they can be really chaotic but you'll love them, I explained to her.

As soon as they get in the car Zaira calls Mindy in which Mindy immediately answers

Hey, Zaira how are you, sweetie? Mindy said smiling.

I'm good, so did you find out what the surprise was? Zaira asked.

Yeah, my mom adopted this girl wanna see her? Abby, do you wanna meet my girlfriend? Are you comfortable with meeting her?

Yeah, I'm fine with meeting her, Abby smiled.

Anyways uh, Abby, how old are you? I asked.

I'm fourteen years old, fifteen in February, Abby replied.

Wow, that's cool I'm 20 and I turn 21 in September, Mindy and I are twins so we're turning 21 in September, I smiled.

Yeah, he's a stupid twin, our friends Sam and Tara, he named us all core four, I mean how stupid is that, Mindy said teasingly.

She's just jealous that I'm smart and she's not, I told Abby.

I think it's funny how you both find each other stupid, Abby said.

Well, tell Chad that I found out who the killers were last year, Mindy insisted.

As soon as they get home they see Christina Carpenter in the living room while Sam and Tara weren't home.

Well, I'm here to see my daughters, of course, Christina said smiling.

They're not home right now, How did you even get in here? I asked

Oh, a sweet girl let me in, Christina replied.

Jake was sitting in the apartment of his new foster parents while watching the news when he saw the guy doing the Hackensack news

You'll be spending Christmas with her because I have to go see my dad in California, said my foster mom as she went to the kitchen.

So, do you have a girlfriend? Or boyfriend, or anything? Zaira asked me.

That's cool, do you think he'll come to surprise you on Christmas with a few presents? Zaira asked again.

I don't know, I don't wanna assume anything just yet, I told her.

Well, maybe we should get going my girlfriend wants to see me, Zaira smiled.

Wait you have a girlfriend? I asked as we walked out.

Yeah, her name is Mindy she loves horror movies, and her uncle is Randy Meeks, Zaira said happily.
