Touch the Sky (chapter I )

Third Person PoV:

The bright sun rose after a very cold night it was weird for Jump City to have cold nights. Y/n woke up and decided to go through his normal routine, Exercise, Jog, a warm shower and some breakfast. What day was it? 

Y/n: Friday... hmm what should i do today? oh wait Beast boy told me if i was up for a party...

Raven: Has Engineering finally taken your mental sanity? or why are you speaking alone Y/n?

Raven scared Y/n as he was just finishing his breakfast, she walked towards the fridge and grabbed some fruit before making herself a smoothie. Of course she had to scare Y/n just for fun.

Raven: Or have you finally gone insane after working with batman for so long? maybe the Joker toxin just began to hit right now.

Raven made fun of him as she just sat down across the table.

Y/n: First of all I'm not going insane, i just needed to talk to an expert such as myself.

Raven: Suuuure, any way are you going to do something this weekend?

Y/n: Victor invited me to a party for today at around 9, normally i would had told you id you wanted to come with us but Beast boy is also going...

Raven: I'd gladly go either way.

Y/n: What? are you sure? it's beast boy-

Raven: I'm sure, i want to catch up with victor and maybe have some fun in the process. Beast Boy isn't a reason on why should I be on places.

Y/n looked at Raven, He was skeptical about this even if Raven would deny his he knew that this sudden decision was made just because she wanted to see Beast boy... Even if Y/n wanted to prevent this he deep down knew that Raven was already over 18 and that she could make her own decisions.

Y/n: I'll tell Victor that you're coming with me, I don't think it's the best idea but if it's your decision i respect it. now if you excuse me I'm actually running late to my Electronics class so I'll be back at around 4 and the party starts at around 9 so i believe you should be ready at 8:00 sharp alright?

Raven: Sure. 

Y/n grabbed his jacket, which was a varsity jacked with white sleeves and the torso with a bright red. On the chest it had an insignia with an R, obviously the same style that in his Robin disguise. he always carried his domino mask and his utility belt because batman once said "Always carry your utility belt before you leave your place"... well not exactly those words but you get it.

As Y/n walked outside the apartment and rushed down to his car, he started thinking how to tell Cyborg that Raven would be coming with him, Both Him and Cyborg know how tense it was between Beast boy and Raven... after what happened between them there is more than enough reasons for Raven to be hostile towards beast boy.

Y/n's class where mostly boring to a normal guy, but to y/n this where new ways to produce new gadgets for his alter ego to use. So every lesson for him equaled to gold. But this time he couldn't stop thinking about why Raven decided to go with them, He just found it weird on how how out of the sudden she decided to come along, especially knowing that she isn't the most social girl in the world.

His day went by pretty quickly and before he knew it he was already eating a boring salad in his place. The time 4:32 pm. Probably a good time to start getting ready or... Watch something on Hulu.

But y/n decided to get ready before watching Hulu, while the warm water fell as he showered a single song played in his mind.
