What if Hiccup kissed Astrid in the forest...?

*3rd Person P.O.V*

"Stormfly? Stormfly, come here girl! Stormfly!" Astrid called out for her dragon as she and Hiccup walked into a clearing in the forest.

They both stop, "Okay, I'm thinking that as jittery as the dragons were, they probably wanted to get as far away from the storm as possible. So, if we take this stream down towards the beach..." Hiccup began, but was cut off by Astrid as she turned around.

"No! I know my dragon, Hiccup. She's more worried about me than she is about herself. Which means she would be trying to find her way back towards the Edge. Upstream." She said, pointing towards the stream. She turned around and started running upstream when she tripped over a rock.

Hiccup's eyes widen in horror as he jumps forward, "Astrid, whoa!" He places his right hand under her head and his left around her waist to protect her as they fall.

She falls to the ground with a gasp. He removes his hands and hovers over her panting for breath.

"A-are yo-you okay?" He stutters out, slightly embarrassed but worried. "Uh, I'm... I'm fine." She responds awkwardly, looking away for a moment even though she couldn't see anything.

He stays silent for a moment staring at her before she breaks the awkward silence. "Uhm... We should probably get going..?"

"Yeah, Yeah! That's w-what- exactly what I was gonna- get going..." He stutters out. He begins to stand up grabbing her hands and pulling her up as well.

There was silence for a moment, and then some rustling and a dragon screech. "Do you hear that?" Astrid asked quietly. Hiccup looked at her quizzically, "Hear what?" "Somethings coming at us.." and she begins to walk forward, grabbing hold of Toothless' wing.

"Astrid what are you doing?!" Hiccup yells frantically, "It's okay, it's Stormfly!" And sure enough, Stormfly emerged from above them. "Huh," Hiccup said quietly, and Stormfly jumped down from the rock she was standing on walking towards Astrid. "There's my girl! Oh, I knew you'd come!!"

She rubbed her dragon's cheek before Stormfly raised her head in alarm. "What is it, girl? What's wrong?" Astrid asked hesitantly and moved her head so she could hear. There was a clicking sound heard ahead and Astrid turned toward Hiccup.

"Hiccup! Above you!" He turned to see the infamous Triple Stryke above their heads on a large rock. It jumped down and landed with its tail claws (?? Wtf are those things called?) in the ground. Hiccup leaped for Astrid to get her out of the way before running to Toothless. The said dragon shot at the Triple Stryke.

"Okay, Astrid there's a rock formation ten paces to your left! Hide behind it and you'll be safe." Hiccup said pointing to said rock formation. "Hide? I'm not gonna hide! Stormfly!!" She ran towards her dragon, "Of course, she's not gonna hide. What was I thinking? She's Astrid!" He muttered to himself in anger.

He ran and jumped on his dragon, and as for Astrid when she reached her dragon Stormfly backed off, grabbing Astrid by her shirt and throwing her towards the earlier mentioned rock formation.

The Triple Stryke used its tail and hit Stormfly in the face, then walking towards Astrid, Hiccup gasped. Toothless sped up, jumped on Astrid, and picked her up placing her behind the rock. "You, stay!" Hiccup yelled.
