HELLO! IM BACK WITH ANOTHER CHAPTER!
I'm sorry I waited so long to update. I literally started this story and then I abandoned it... That's against everything I stand for as a reader and writer here in wattpad. Because I know what it feels to wait. I'm also an AVID READER here on wattpad (Part of the reason to why I haven't been updating lol).
Recently I got a SINUS INFECTION so I've been sick for like two weeks now.... I guess it's the antibiotics i'm taking that's making me want to write again hahahaha 🤪🤪🤪🤪

The day after the festival, Jimin decided to help out in the fields. Today was the day that some Betas were searching for herbs in the forest. The pack healer was running out of supply. It's incredibly important to have enough herbs for the sick and the injured.
Jimin was left in charge to monitor the betas coming back from their short trip in the forest. He watched them come back to the pack grounds with big baskets of herbs in their hands. There are supposed to be a total of ten Betas and ten baskets so he was counting them as they made their way back to the pack grounds.
"six, seven—oh?" Jimin stopped counting when he noticed one beta's arm was bleeding
"Omega Park! I'm sorry I slipped into a ditch and cut my arm while herb picking" an injured Beta said holding his bleeding arm
"Oh my goodness! Someone take him to the healer" Jimin calls out
"Bro how come you didn't say you were hurt?" One of the betas said running towards them
The hurt beta just gives a chuckle "Didn't want to worry you" he said as the other beta checks his arm
"I'm sorry Omega park, I left the basket of herbs in the forest when I fell. The ditch was near the mossy patch" He explained
Jimin just nod his head worriedly "Don't worry, i'll go get it for you"
"Oh wait! Omega Park it's dange—" one of the betas shouted after the already running omega
Jimin didn't waste time and followed the injured betas' left over scent. He made sure to carefully step on the soil under him so that he also doesn't find himself trapped inside of a ditch. But just as he was looking down, he didn't noticed a small tree branch in front of him that he was supposed to duck under.
The end of the tree branch swiped at Jimin's face hurting his right cheek. Jimin yelped a little holding his face in surprise. He mentally cursed at himself for not being careful. That small incident didn't stop him though. He continued his path to finding the basket. It took about five more minutes until he noticed a brown woven basket on the ground on the forest floor.
Jimin smiles in satisfaction and runs towards it. He picks it up and sighs. He then sees the hole the beta fell down in right next to the basket. It didn't look too deep thankfully, but he did see some sharp rocks and twigs inside that must've possibly cut the betas arm. Just when Jimin was about to leave he noticed a better tree to his left. It looked bright and very inviting. Jimin was very curious as to what kind of berry it was.
"Hmm maybe the others can study what this is" Jimin said as he reached out to touch the berry
Just as he was about to touch a hand suddenly grabs his wrist causing Jimin to shout in surprise. For one, he didn't notice another presence nearby. And two, this mystery man was very quick suddenly holding his arm.
"Don't touch that, you'll die" The tall man with a mysterious yet concerned gaze said
Jimin frowns in confusion. This man had no scent, but something about him did scream alpha. "W-Who are you!?" Jimin pulls his hand back
The man didn't seem fazed at all by Jimin's reaction. He just gives Jimin a warm and friendly smile. "Those berries are poisonous. They can cause death. I've seen the animals die" is all the mystery man said
Jimin observed the strange Alpha from head to toe. The man had longish brown hair. His hair cut looked unorganized like he tried to cut his hair without a mirror. His clothes were slightly dirty and had holes in them. But other than his style, his face was very handsome. In fact Jimin was in awe by how beautiful this Alpha was.
The Alpha suddenly looked at Jimin's face with worry. He slowly reached his hands up to gently cup Jimin's face in his large hands. Jimin was incredibly still but he didn't feel threatened.
"Your cheeks are bleeding. What happened?" the Alpha asked
Jimin just looked at the Alpha blushing, his heart beating as he felt butterflies in his stomach. "I-I— The tree"
"Come with me" The Alpha smiles holding Jimin's hands "I'll patch up your face"
