Park Jimin scrubs some laundry by hand, in a laundry bucket. Today most wolves were washing clothes, well mostly the omegas were assigned the task to. But all is well when Jimin has his friend Yoongi next to him also scrubbing laundry.
Ahead of them in the open field, were some pups playing around while their parents were busy. Some were chasing each other around and others were playing hopscotch or marbles. It gave Jimin baby fever whenever he watched the pups. They were so cute.
"So you excited for Royal Spring Courting event?" Yoongi asked with a smirk knowing Jimin hated this topic
Jimin groans "Hyung please, don't remind me. I shouldn't have to participate. I'm not ready to settle down"
Yoongi shakes his head "But Jiminie, you're the Head Alphas son. An Omega son at that. The pressure for you to mate is even higher than the other pack members."
Jimin just pauses as he looks down at the clothes he's been washing. He gives a deep sigh. "Yeah but...I don't know"
"Why?" Yoongi playfully nudges his shoulder "Is no one worthy of THEE Park Jimin" he then chuckles
Jimin also laughs "Well when you put it like that...I guess I haven't really been interested in any Alphas"
"Well who the hell else will you mate? There's but so many Alphas to choose from silly"
Jimin nudges Yoongi back "What about you! You're so worried about my love life"
Yoongi gives Jimin a wink "I might have an alpha in mind. But no really Jimin, at least let the Alphas try to court you. It's not like you're going to mate right away. This is just a...a test run. Yeah that's what we can all it" he said with a little reassuring nod
Jimin signs once again "Well this year I definitely don't have a choice to refuse"
Little did the two Omegas know was a hidden figure in between the trees listening to their conversation. Once the omegas talked about another topic the figure disappeared back into the heavy wooded forest with a quick sprint. Their destination is a large hidden cave that was once occupied long ago by a bear. But the bear no longer lives due to being forcibly removed.
The hidden figure and owner of this cave is, Kim Taehyung. He as slightly panting when he made it inside his cave. He greets his pet wolf name Grey that always loyally waits for him at his cave. Grey was not a werewolf, but an actual wolf. Taehyung found him when he was a young pup one winter.
He was abandoned in the snow about to freeze to death. Taehyung felt pity for the wolf and decided to raise it. His inner wolf instinctively connected with the small animal being that they were practically the same species. Grey was Taehyung's only companion within the last few years.
"Guess what Grey!" Taehyung happily announced as he busily prepared wood for a small fire "Jimin needs to be mated soon."
The wolf did a little gruff and head shake in response "Maybe now I can finally start to court him. Those other Alphas won't stand a chance"
Taehyung started the fire and then sits close to his animal friend. He pats his head as he stares at the bright orange flames in front of him.
"I won't give those Alphas a chance anyways" he said with a wide smile
