I walked over to the desk beside Edward. He suddenly looked annoyed. I got out my phone, but before I could show Edward the picture the teacher caught me.

"Toni, hand me your phone."

I walked over to the teacher and handed it to him. I then walked to my seat followed by laughter. They were laughing at me. They like it when I get in trouble or embarrassed. I am not popular. I am different, I am not what they expected. Few people like me.

I sat in my seat and looked at Edward laughing at me. He shut up when I gave him a look. Even if we are not as good as friends he still cares, he is not a bad person, he just hangs out with some.

I have him a small smile and turned to pay attention to the teacher.

I felt Edwards stares on me. Finally it was the end of that class. I got my phone back.

"You better have learned your lesson." The teacher said.

"Yes sir." I said then quickly left.

I caught up with Edward and showed him the picture. "Wendy is cheating on you."

Edward stopped in his steps and looked at me. All the other kids got to class.

"He was just taking her home, being nice." He said.

"That was before school ended." I said.

"She could have wanted to go home early."

"They are holding hands."

"That can be a friendly gesture."

"She is freaking cheating on you!"

"Maybe I do not think so!"

"Well you should know so!"

"Maybe I like her more than you as a friend!" He said then suddenly got surprised he said that. It was out of nowhere.

"Tina, wait-"

I already ran out of that school and to the alley.

"We would think you would know better than to come here again." James said.

"Just lost a friend." I said and then saw them soften up again. "Where is Jerry?" I asked.

"He is arguing with our older brother, Jason." James said.

"Jason?!" I asked surprised.

"We are adopted." James said. "Well, we are not really noticed anyways. It is all about Jason."

"Yeah kinda like what a lot of girls in my school are thinking." I said.

We both laughed. Bret then came.

"What is up?" Bret asked.

"She lost a friend." James said. "We are her friends, she has not lost us. right Bret?"

"Well we barely know her." Bret said.

"Dude! She is a girl! Maybe sensitive!" James whispered at Bret, but I could still hear.

"I like, sprayed you in the face with pepper spray." I said. "I could have ran crying, but I didn't. Sensitive? Seriously?"

"She has a point." Bret said.

"We are still her friends though." James said. "Even if she is not sensitive."

"Yay! Friends!" Jerry said coming out of nowhere.

I guess these boys find a way to make me laugh, I sure do laugh around them.
