Bella POV.
I sit on the couch and Landon walks up to me.
"Hey Bella well its your bday tomorrow and we are throwing a party for you so here's a list of decorations you need to pick up " Landon says handing me the list.
I nod and call missy.
"Hey I need help. I have to pick decorations up for my bday party can you and Ethan help" I say into the phone.
"Ya sure I will be there in a sec" Missy replys.
3 minutes later.
"Hey can we take brad's lambo" Ethan asks.
"Ya but if you spill something, drop crumbs, scratch it, or break wind in it brad will kill us. So I'm driving" I say.
Missy laughs quietly.
"Its true I spilled a drop of water and he slapped me" Landon says.
"Really" Ethan says in surprise.
"Ya he even has a name for it. Her name is Brittany" Vince says.
This comment makes Missy laugh.
We all laugh and then missy, Ethan, and I get into the car. We drive to Party hartys (party harty is a tm ). We walk into Party Hartys and go to the streamers. Ethan somehow manages to get tangled in them and Missy basically drools over Ethan's stupidness.
"Guys which streamers are better the rainbow or the polka dots" I ask.
"Polka dots" ethan says and Missy agrees. I put the rainbow into the cart and walk to the cups. I grab the black rhinestone cups and polka dot napkins. We walk to the table cloth and get 9 black table cloths.
"You need candy for the guests" Missy says.
"Your right" I say. Ethan runs to the candy and runs back with nerds, pixie stix, chocolate, gummy bears, and war heads. Ethan puts the candy into the cart and we walk to the table decor.
"This would look amazing on the table" Ethan says holding a weird polka dotted item. I nod and he puts it in the cart. We head to the cash register and buy the items.
At home....
After everything is set up me and Missy go to my room. Missy sits in a bean bag chair and I sit on the bed.
"OK so what drama has happened at home" I ask happily.
"Well quite a few things actually. Like jenna has a baby, lily and thomas broke up, Doug is in jail for drunk driving, and Taylor is in rehab" she says.
"Woah a lot has happened" I say surprised. I look at my phone and the clock says 5:30.
"We should probably get dressed now" I say and Missy nods. We walk into my closet and grab a few outfit choices. We finally finish getting ready and Missy wears a light blue laced dress and I wear a tan pleated dress. Missy and I walk downstairs and see alot people are already here.
"Hey here's the bday girl" colbey says hugging me. I smile.
"Hey let's go dance!"Missy says leading me to the dance floor. We dance for a bit and Ethan joins us. I leave Missy and Ethan on the dance floor and grab my self some punch. I walk outside to get some air and someone grabs me from behind. I scream and the put there hand over my mouth.
"Happy birthday" they say and I realize its tarrant.
A tear runs down my face. Tarrant drags me to the bacm garden. He pushes me down to my knees and I wince in pain. I feel a cold object press against my temple and I realize its a gun.
"This is gonna hurt you way more than its gonna hurt me" he says with a slight chuckle.
"What about the sound of the gun shot someone will hear it and come after you" I say shakily.
"Ha like I'm afraid I'm gonna get caught. Also no one is gonna find me anyway" he says. I few seconds pass and I feel the gun disappear. I slowly look where the gun was and I see colbey punching the shiznip out of tarrant. Missy and Ethan run over to me.
"Omg Bella are you okay" missy asks worried. I nod slowly and they both hug me tightly.
"The police are here"Landon says and after he says that the police rush and drag tarant into the cop car. A tall man walked up to me.
"Hello I'm officer Darren and we would like for you to come down to the station and tell us what happened tonight" he says calmly.
"Can't she just tell you here" colbey says holding a bloody cloth to his fist.
"No I'm afraid not" officer Darren replys.
At the police station.
I sit in a room where I guess the ask people for what happened or for confessions. Officer Darren and a lady officer sit at the other side of the table.
"OK so please tell us exactly what happened and don't leave out any thing"the lady says. I nod.
"OK so I walked out of the party to get some fresh air and tarrant grabbed me from behind and pulled me to the garden" i say shakily.
"Did you scream" officer Darren asks.
"Yes sir I did but he had his hand over my mouth" I reply.
"OK what happened next" the lady say writing down what happened.
"After he had dragged me to the garden he held a gun to my head. Luckily colbey knocked him out before he could shoot the gun" I say.
"How does Mr.tarrant know you"officer Darren says.
"Umm well about 2 years ago my friend had a party and we were all drunk and tarant took me to the back room and began beating me. The cops came and tartans was sentenced to 2 years in prison" I explain. The lady keeps writing down what I say
"OK well has tarrant ever hurt you before this" officer darren says.
"Y...yes" i say shakily.
"Why wasn't the authorities in formed this when it happened!"the lady says angrily.
"I..I d...don't know" I say as tears began to fall. Suddenly the door quickly opens and colbey runs over to me and wraps me into a hug. I cry into his shoulder.
"She is not answering any more questions until we get a lawyer in here" colbey says angrily.
A few minutes pass and the hendersons family lawyer is in the room with me and colbey.
"Ok ms.Bella now that your lawyer is here. Please tell us what happened when he had hurt you before this recent incident" officer Darren says.
"I had gotten upset so I decided to go take a walk and tarrant kidnapped me. He took me to a house and tortured me" I say shakily.
"What do you mean by tortured"the lady asks.
"He beat me, broke a few bones and cut me"I say slowly and a tear falls.
"Did he try to impregnate you"the lady asked.
"No"I say.
"Um ms.Bella for evidence may we see where he had cut you" officer Darren says.
"Officer darren is that necessary. This poor girl has been through enough"my lawyer says.
"Yes it is"officer Darren replys quickly. The lawyer starts so say something but I stop her.
"I...its OK"I say standing up. I lift the back of my shirt and reveal the deep cuts and bruises up and down my back and sides. I put down my shirt and lift my hair so you can see the marks on my neck. I sit back down and look at officer Darren.
"OK ms.Bella how did you escape"officer Darren asks.
"As tarrant had finished cutting my back brad, Vince, and Reece had found me and knocked him out. After that they took me to the hospital" I say looking down.
"Why weren't the authorities informed"the lady says again angrily.
"Miss shall I remind you how much bella has been through so you don't have the right to be yelling at my client"the lawyer says and hits the table.
"Ms.Bella please answer her question"officer Darren says.
"I've told you I don't know why. It all happened so fast" I say.
"Thank you for your time that's all we need"officer Darren says. I walk out of the room and I am immediately wrapped in a hug from Stacy and Patrick. (If you don't remember who they are they are the Henderson boys parents) I hug back. Stacy, Patrick, colbey, and I walk out of the police station and a surrounded by the paparazzi. We push pass the people and get in the car and drive home.
3 weeks later
Tarrant was sentenced to a life time in prison.
