It's my first day of school. Yay! It's already 730am and school starts at 9:00am.
This morning I woke up more groggy than usual. I put on a pair of slippers and went downstairs to go get some breakfast.
When I stepped into the line Liam, Levi, Jack, and Mei we're right behind me.
I turned around and Mei's eyes lit up at the side of me. " would you like to come sit with us Fatima, I desperately need another girl to sit with I hate being surrounded by these men, 24 seven." She says " hey, I'm not that bad" Levi says.
" of course I'd love to!" I say " I'm just gonna go get a monster because I'm not that hungry" she nods and I go get a monster.
For years, I've been suffering from an eating disorder. I'll eat occasionally, but when I see that I'm starting to get unhealthy with my habits of starving myself I get high so I can get the munchies. Usually it works but the occasional time it doesn't.
I've been eating for at least three days, so it's not that big of a deal I've gone further.
I turned around to see all of them at the table, including Noah. I smile at him, and I sit down right across from Mei. I'm exhausted today I didn't get much sleep last night, I was too busy bingeing The, Vampire Diaries.
Noah looks me up and down he looks concerned instead of his usual snarky look that he gives me. " get enough sleep last night" I lightly hear him say, but I'm trying to stay awake. I've been start to feel more dizzy, and I place my head on the table.
I feel a nudge pushing me, I lift my head and it's Noah instead of Mei in front of me now. I jump up and say " what the hell Noah!!" I get angry and he says.
" no need to get mad Fatima you didn't answer my question love"
" oh my god yes I did get sleep jeez." I scoff " yeah, I will Fatima I'm sorry, my princess, but you're under eye bags see it a different story than what you're telling"
I nudge him and whisper" don't fucking call me princess I don't need people knowing"
" knowing what?" Liam says barging in on our conversation. " uhm not-" before I could finish my sentence Noah cuts me off. " she's a princess and she doesn't want anyone knowing." He just blurted out like I didn't just tell him not to.
Liam gasps and says " and when were you going to be telling us this Miss Fatima?"
I shrug " most likely never I don't want to be known as some spoiled rich princess but thanks to Noah. He said it way too loud, and he just exposed me for no reason." I shout
An Arab girl walks by and says " oh my God, princess Fatima, is that you?" She gasps.
I nod " yes.." and I tilt my head down Mei steps in " Sorry, YOUR PRINCESS FATIMA?" She shouts.
" yes yes it's not that big of a deal isn't it normal for people to be like this in the school?" I ask
" yes but you are the princess that no one has ever seen ever since she was little Fatima. They probably didn't expect you to show your face all of a sudden." Noah says with a snarky tone
" whatever I don't care" I snap back.
I finish my monster and I look over to see that Mei is done her food I get up and feel so exhausted I almost fall but I catch myself.
Noah looks at me about to jump up and save me but I continue to walk over to Mei and say " Heyy, would you wanna go back to my dorm and get ready for the first day and all?"
She shrieks " YES!" She than kisses Levi and we start walking. I than get an awful cramp and grip onto my stomach " shit shit" I groan " hey hey, are you okay Fatima?" I nod and she holds my back rubbing it while we walk to my dorm room.
We make it to my dorm and she says " hey I'll be right there just gotta get my uniform and essentials." I nod and go into my room.
I grab a bag of mini lays chips and start eating them. Once Mei comes back I smile and say " let's get readyyy! " she smiles and we go into the bathroom and do our hair.

We put on our uniforms, while I was taking off my hoodie I only had a tank top on. When I turned around I'm assuming my tattoo ( Medusa) was showing and Mei gasped " Fatima.." I quickly turn around.
" yes is everything okay?" I was a bit worried and she says " why, do you have that tattoo?"
I look down and say " it's a really long story." I try and skip past this awkward conversation.
" fine, you don't have to talk about it. But if you want to you can Fatima. I would never ever tell anyone" she says giving me pure confidence in that I made a good friend.
I smile and put on my uniform.
