JWCC: A Carnivore's Bane

Chapter 1

Y/N POV

I was being herded towards my usual night time resting place with the rest of the herbivores before I looked up seeing Roxie and Dave along with some new faces. One kid pointed at me and said something to Dave but I couldn't hear him, a little while later I saw them flying over my head on some contraption before I looked away and walked off.

Like usual I was walking with the others however instead of it just being the regular handlers this time Roxie and Dave were here along with the kids from a few days ago I wonder why they are here especially with the storm going on today. It doesn't matter very much however so I just turned away.

Minor Time Skip

I was just minding my own business when I was suddenly hit on the side by something when I looked it was a glass ball of some kind and it was bouncing around the herd causing them to panic and run I decided to follow the glass balls into the trees

Minor Time Skip

When I finally managed to find the glass balls I saw the group of children surrounding it with faces of what seemed like worry. When I approached them I saw that the glass ball was sinking into the mud with two of the kids inside of it. The two children started to point at me from inside the glass ball, causing the rest of the children to turn and look at me before the tallest of the males let out a noise that made me question for just a second whether he actually was male or not. Dismissing that thought I looked at the rest of the children before suddenly feeling something on my side when I turned to look at it I saw a Sinoceratops and a young female at my side touching me I gently nuzzled the young female. After that I heard "umm this is touching and all but HELP!" When I turned I saw it came from the children in the ball.

A few minutes later

I don't know why but the children had wrapped a bunch of vines around me and the Sinoceratops and told us to move to which we complied and walked forward causing the glass ball to slowly come out of the mud. Right after we got the "hamster ball" as the kids call it, Roxie and Dave showed up in there red truck and I walked away currently walking free in the wild.

The next day I was just wandering around the forest before I heard a loud roar which had made me curious so I followed the sound, when I finally reached the area I saw a large white carnivore attacking a metal structure that when I looked at it's top I saw the group of children with panicked faces. After seeing the children I decided to make my presence known and let out a call at the large carnivore causing it to look at me and roaring at me and I observed the situation I was larger and had much more mass which meant I probably was far stronger, but the carnivore had more weapons I decided that as long as I played smart I would probably win, so I released a threatening call and stood up on my back legs and prepared for a fight. For just a moment we just stood there staring at each other before the carnivore charges at me and when it got close enough I slammed my left foreleg into the side of it's head knocking it onto its side before immediately my full weight onto its side and left shoulder hearing a very satisfying crack causing the carnivore to roar in agony biting at my throat causing me to back up as far as I could before the carnivore got back to it's feet and charged again I tried to punch it again but surprisingly it dodged my punch and with strength that it definitely should not have had it slammed me into the metal structure that the kids were on luckily the children had used the strange gliding contraption which allowed them to get away before the structure fell, I moved before it fell on top of me and looked for the white beast before realizing I couldn't see it looking around I saw its footprints looking like it was trying to flee after realizing that it had run off I let out a victory call and walking away from the area heading north.

While walking north I had come across an abandoned human street I started to eat the puffy yellow buttery pieces of goodness that was in the small red and white containers which ended in me having one of the containers stuck on my crest after I was full I looked around noticing that the children were here as well but one of them was limping so I decided to walk over towards them with my footsteps catching their attention causing many of them to jump and look fearfully in my direction before they immediately calmed down when they saw it was me while the injured female said "oh thank God it's just you." Before I could honk in response I saw a tiny Ankylosaurus that came running at me when it reached me it just nuzzles into my leg causing me to start nipping at it's back, I then heard the children talking to each other about how they were going to get out of here when suddenly out of nowhere a loud voice said that the monorail would be stopping before heading to the dock. "MONORAIL" The tall male? said. "Well ain't that lucky." Pink hair said before the children started running towards the monorail before they stopped and hid while looking around the corner of a building. When I walked over and looked I saw a Carnotaurus sniffing the ground and looking around, I immediately knew what was wrong and headed towards the Carnotaurus and let out a threatening call towards it causing it to turn towards me however when it saw me it immediately backed away in fear because of the difference in size between us I started walking towards it causing it to back up before I made a small charge towards it causing it to run. When I turned back towards the children I saw they were already on the monorail while it started moving away, I watched it leave before deciding to look around the empty street for some more food.

While searching for a place to rest I felt something soft hit my side looking down I saw an unconscious green velociraptor looking at where it came from I saw an unconscious grey raptor and two more raptors fighting the large white beast I saw the white carnivore grab the raptor on it's back and throw it into a building then grabbing the raptor on the ground before throwing it through the roof of the large brown pyramid. After dealing with the raptors it appeared to try to get something out of a building before all of a sudden a Tyrannosaurus came out of nowhere and roared at the white creature the two large carnivores roared and charged at each other the Rex getting a few good hits in before being completely over powered and ragdolled through a building however before the white carnivore could finish off the Rex I decided it was time to make my presence known and let out a call towards the large beast causing it to turn to look at me and when it saw me I could have sworn I saw anger and slight fear in it's eyes I stood up on my back legs and prepared to fight and just like before the monster charged getting a punch to the side of it's head knocking it off balance before I slammed my front legs into it's back leg breaking it which caused it to roar in pain. It backed up and was about to charge at me again however before it could, 4 blurs of brown, green, grey and blue latched onto its side causing it to start trying to shake them off however it was unable to because of it's broken leg this caused it to roar in frustration before having it's neck grabbed by the Rex which decided to start ragdolling the white carnivore through the surrounding buildings before the white creature was thrown through the electrical fence surrounding the large moat the creature stood up and roared at us before it was pounced on by the Mosasaurus in the moat which pulled it into the moat with it after that the Rex looked at me and the raptors for a little bit before she turned and walked away after that I looked at the raptors before walking off down the street to get back to looking for a resting spot.

Alright well that's the end of this chapter tell me what y'all think I'm sorry it took so long but I was having some issues that I had to fix before writing this I will try to continue this story.
