The Ice Dragon Sisters (Natsu x Reader)

Chapter 1: Frost's Disappearance

July 7th, X777

Mimmi's P.O.V

Y/n returned from her training and she has completed all the elements needed. She came back a few days early. Yep, my sister is a quick learner.

The two of us were sleeping in our cave one day for an afternoon nap, when I open my eyes and I see nobody here.

Except my sister of course, but I didn't see Frost anywhere. I wondered and thought to myself if he might be out hunting.

"Oy Y/n, wake up. I don't see Frost anywhere, do you know where he may be?" I ask.

"How should I know?" Y/n replies. She acts like a brat when she has no clue where someone is. "If he doesn't return in 5 days, then we're on our own." Y/n suggested. I nodded.

"We'll do that. I hope he returns." I mumbled.

~5 days later~

No P.O.V

Frost never returned. So, the girls decided to head a nearby village. Rosemary Village. They stayed in a place with parents who were desperate with children but never got one.

When suddenly, a fire lit up all the houses. Y/n runs out and sees people stampeding. "GET ALL THE CHILDREN AND KILL THE ADULTS!!"

A man's voice sounds. They all had masks covering their eyes with a symbol. It was scary looking.

Mimmi was petrified and she stood behind her sister, who tried to defend themselves against men trying to attack Rosemary Village.

"Ice Dragon Roar!" Y/n chants. The man turns around. "Get those two! THEY CAN USE MAGIC!"

Your P.O.V

The men grabbed us by our hair. We screamed as loud as we could but nothing happened. Everyone was killed and all the children were taken.

We were boarded onto a boat heading to some place scary and taking us, we're slaves building it.

-4 years earlier-(Still Your P.O.V)

Frost taught me how to use Apocalypse Dragon Slaying magic and mix it in with my Ice and Fire Dragon Slaying Magic.

Then a little bit of Weather Magic. I managed to learn those quickly. But I knew that I still had a long way to go.

"Mimmi-nee!" I hollered. Mimmi was talking with Frost and she turned around.

"Dosh ta, Y/n-nee?" I smirked at her. "Let's battle. Please?" I gave her the best puppy eyes I could. Mimmi rolled her eyes and sighed. "Fine! But you better go easy on me."

I nodded. "Hai!"

(Back to Present: During Rosemary Village's invasion)

Natsu's P.O.V

The four of us waited for Igneel to return but he never did. "Where's Igneel?" Nira says sadly.

"We should go join a guild. Igneel may never return but we can still have hope that he's alive." I hope Sumi's right.

"But let's see if Y/n, and Mimmi are home feeling the same way." I suggested. "You lllllove her." Nira cooed. "Oh shut up, sis." I say blushing.

"It's really obvious you like her, Natsu. Don't deny it."

I rolled me eyes. "I'm not going to deny anything except the fact that I have a crush on Y/n." I say.

"Let's go find them." They nodded. We ran to where they lived and the cave was empty. I saw nothing but a note. It was from the Ice Dragon Sisters (Y/n and Mimmi). It read:

My dearest Nira, Sumi,

If you're reading this, Mimmi and I are long gone by now but we know that you'd be looking for us. I know that every dragon slayer's nose is strong but my scent I'm sure has faded by now.

Sumi, I want you to take care of them for me and I promise that we'll meet up again. I love all of you and don't tell Natsu. I want him to admit his feelings in person. Not now. I hope you can do that for me. Promise me.

"Ok, I promise to wait." She says. "I'll do what I can not to tell him." "Tell me what?" I asked.

"N-Nothing." Sumi replies smiling. She's hiding something. I can tell. But why should I care? It's her business and I shouldn't be going through it.

Nira's P.O.V

Sumi handed the letter over to me and I gripped it hard with my hands that they were shaking.

"Y/n! Please come back. We need you here with us." I cried.

Nira, you and Sumi were like my sisters other than my own. But whenever I was homesick, you would always be there for me. I will be eternally grateful for your kindness. Keep that up and I promise that we'll see each other again. Take care of Natsu and Sumi for me.

"I promise I will, Y/n. We'll always keep our promises." I mumbled. I run toward Sumi and cry into chest with tears streaming down my face. My sister caresses my head. "Y/n will be ok. I know she will. I know because I have faith that she'll come and find us."

Natsu's P.O.V

I read my part of the letter and it said things I've died to hear to tell Y/n but I never did. Because I was too afraid.

Natsu, last but certainly not the least. I know it's been a few years since you've seen me but I want you to know that I love you and that I've always have. I never got the chance to confess that when we were training, but I knew it wasn't the right time. 

You're so sweet, tough, caring, and thoughtful. I love you so much and I hope we can see each other again. I have been thinking about you. I always will and you're my best friend.

Take care of each other and stay together forever. I promise to join the same guild. We can all form a team together. This isn't goodbye forever. I love you all.

All of us have tears in our eyes. "W-We promise. We'll be here." We all mumble in unison. "And I love you too, Y/n." I replied under my breath so no one could hear me but myself.

"We should join a guild and wait for Y/n and her sister." Nira suggested. I nodded and so did Sumi.

"Yeah, let's go. I'm sure Y/n would want to join the same guild as us."

I looked up into the sky and mumbled. "Y/n, I know you can hear me, and if you're out there, please hear me. I will be at the Fairy Tail guild in a town called Magnolia. I'll be waiting."
