Chapter 4: The Rescue Mission

Natsu's P.O.V

Y/n pulled away from our embrace and did something that I did not see coming. She kissed me. She pecked me on the forehead for her lips. It felt soft.

Once she pulled away, I just pulled her in again. This time, our lips touched. We stayed like that for 5 minutes. I never realized how good of a kisser Y/n was.

Nira and Sumi smiled. "Oi! How long are you going to stare at each other like that?" Sumi interrupts us. Y/n and I pull away and giggle. She gets off of me and dusts herself. I did too.

All four of us have a lot of catching up to do. So, Y/n told us that she and her sister left toward a village nearby called Rosemary Village.

They were stuck there for six years. "I escaped with my sister and a few comrades of mine. I hope they're here."

She looks around the guild. She stops and spots a white haired girl and a boy with spiky maroon hair. Y/n beckons them and they walk towards us.

"Guys, I want you to meet Solano and Erik. My friends from the Tower of Heaven." Y/n explains.

Erza was eavesdropping and looked at us shocked. "Y-You guys were at the Tower?" She stammered.

"Yeah, they kidnapped us from Rosemary Village." Y/n replied.

"I-I'm also from Rosemary Village." The requip mage stuttered.

"But you already escaped. We were kidnapped to the Tower shortly after you escaped. The story of your escape has been going around." Y/n says.

If you looked at them side by side, Erza did look older than Y/n. So to think they were at the same tower kind of sounds uncertain.

"But I want to know, how are Millianna, Simon, Wally, and Shô doing?"

"They're still at the Tower. But I can't go back. I just can't. It'd be too risky and we'd be putting ourselves in danger as well as everyone at the tower."

Your P.O.V

Why would Erza want to go back to that miserable place and rescue them? We're all putting our lives in danger. But talking to Erza got me to understand why she wanted to go back.

She felt bad for leaving them behind.

Solano and Erik agreed. "C'mon, I'm sure they're not even close to completing the Tower. I want to rescue Sawyer and Richard. Not to mention Macbeth."

"Solano, you in?" Erik asked. She shook her hand. "No, I don't want to go back. Never in a thousand years." I nodded. "Ok Solano, we could use the help here to protect the guild." She nods.

"Ok. Y/n, be careful."

"Natsu...I promise to come back alive." Natsu grabs my wrist. "Y/n, if you're going, then we're going too."

"Natsu....I really wish you could but I'd be putting you and everyone else in danger." I say.

"Y/n, I'm not leaving you." Behind him, Nira, Sumi, and Naoki all agreed. "We don't want to be separated from our friends."

I truly admired their loyalty to their nakama. I loved how they cared so much about their comrades.

These wizards all have good hearts. "Because we love you, Y/n." Tears start to form in my eyes. Natsu lifts my chin up making me look at him.

"Please Y/n...we for sure need all the help we can get." Mimmi says. "I'm sure that these four have gotten pretty strong since then."

I give in.
