chapter 1 The Missing Sky...

It was a normal day in river clan not out of the normal life in a clan but something happened something not so good the deputy Emerald ' Stalk walked in to camp with her head down low dragging the leader's dead body in to camp the cats of river clan gathered around the dead body each greving of the lost of their leader soon as dawn fell upon the clan Emerald ' Stalk called for a clan meeting "May all cats old enough to swim the river of this clan please gather by wet rock for a clan meeting'' Emerald ' stalk yowled over the camp's clearing as the cats gathered around she spoke up with a sad voice "today we have lost our leader River ' star may the starclan welcome and light his path as he hunts in starclan's territory as River ' star's deputy i must take his role as leader and choice a new deputy before going to moonstone'' emerald continued she looked at the cats getting ready to choice a new deputy to lead by her side until a cat caught her eye she spoke ''Frost ' Pebble you have shown your loyalty and strength to this clan and with all the words i have spoken will you accept this role of being Deputy and leading this clan by my side thought the wars and battles it might go thought?'' Emerald ' Stalk asked awaiting an answer from Frost ' Pebble as Frost ' Pebble answered "yes i do'' the she answered back Emerald ' Stalk smiled "then may you take your place on wet rock" as Frost ' Pebble jumped on to the wet rock the clan called out her name

Emerald ' stalk and the medicine cat went to moonstone and Frost ' Pebble was fell to look after the clan

Frost ' Pebble got up from laying down as she walked to the front of the wet rock as she called "May all cats enough to swim the rivers of this clan please gather by wet rock for patrols!" she called out to the cats sharing tongues {sharing tongues means talking NOT MAKING OUT!} Frost ' Pebble calls "River ' tail,Golden ' glaze and hawk ' claw please go on a hunting patrol while Sand ' Seeker, Mouse ' Teeth go out on a border patrol by thunder clan and me,Chervil ' Paw and Light ' Skys go on a border patrol by the gorge" she finished sending out patrols as she gets ready to go on the one of the border patrol she seen something from the corner of her eye a black cat not any normal black pelted cat but like a spirit watching her she froze aa voice from behind her spoke softly "Frost ' pebble are you alright?" Light ' Skys asked Frost ' Pebble shook her head "i think i-'' she got cut off by chervil ' Paw's laughs in the background "you know what am fine thank you Light ' Skys'' Frost ' Pebble smiled Light ' Skys nodded as the both walked out of camp to patrol the border As patrols started Frost ' Pebble started to see this dark pelted spirit cat follow her she tried to not pay any mind to it until something happened she noticed that Light ' Skys went missing from the group she panicked she turned around to see Chervil ' Paw behind her she asked chervil ' paw "have you seen Light ' Skys?!'' Chervil ' Paw shook his head no she started to panic even more she as a large she-cat picked up chervil ' paw and ran back to camp hoping Light ' Skys got lost and just went back to camp  as they got back to camp not see Light ' Skys Frost ' pebble started crying as Light ' Skys was her best friend she fell got to her knees crying was she closed her eyes and reopened them she seen the darkforest cat with bloody paws she looked over to chervil ' paw and seen that chervil ' paw seen it too she mouthed to Chervil ' paw to run Chervil ' paw nodded running to where all the other warriors who returned from the other patrols were Frost ' pebble gathered enough strength to yell at the spirit "WHAT DID YOU DO WITH HER!?'' the spirit did answer only a smirk come from it was she disappeared Frost ' pebble continued crying walking to her den as she arrived at her den a deep voice spoke in her ear saying "watch your step there's more'' Frost ' Pebble snapped back "HAD NO RIGHT! NO RIGHT TO TAKE HER SHE DID NOTHING WRONG!'' she screamed the darkforest spirit only laughed

the clearing was loud as it was normally but a voice broke though the loud talking it was Emerald ' star calling a clan meeting ''May all cats old enough to swim the rivers of this clan please gather by wet rock for a clan meeting!'' as the call rung though out the clearing all the cat went silent as Emerald ' star started to speak ''i sadly brought some bad news to this meeting today we lost one of our warriors the reason of their death is unknown as they went missing but may we hope to starclan they rest with peace and let starclan light their path''

the clan went dead silent was quite sobs were heard from many cats then Emerald ' Star continues to speak ''and with this news i bring the next part of the bad news...'' Frost ' Pebble though to herself 'the bed news is still not done?' ''i have noticed that our prey pile has been empty for the past days that gone by and so i will personally send out hunting patrols myself they will be 3 hunting patrols a day no more non less'' as Emerald ' star spoke Frost ' Pebble couldn't help but stare in to the running rivers out side of camp as time continued she again seen something in the corner of her eye the darkforest spirt is back but this time the spirit spoke two words "she's next'' before disppearing again she couldn't help but think to herself 'who is he, who's next what dose it mean?' 

{word count not including this is 1062! yay and thank you guys so much for reading this this is my first story so am not really good at it}
