After Whitty's realization, the following morning came, the sun' warmth shining over Scuttle Town.
Its people waking up and going about their business.
Well, except Rotty.
Shortly after waking up, she immediately left the house to speak with Sky about last night's event. As she is a zombie, she has no need for mortal nutrients.
The sad and pained look on her face, still present. Her thoughts lingering on what to say to Sky.
Rotty: 'Knowing Shantae, she'll ask Whitty out by today. And if her feelings are that strong, me and Sky need to talk so we can confess to him...together.'
She sighs heavily.
Rotty: 'I just hope Shantae is willing to share...'
Shortly after, she arrives at Sky's hatchery, hoping to find the blondie inside.
And as if her prayer was heard, Sky happens to be there, tending to the nests and the hatchlings.
Rotty: 'Just my luck. Here goes nothing...'
She approaches the birdmaster, and lightly taps her shoulder, getting her attention.
Sky: Huh? Rotty? What are you doing here? Why do you look...upset?
Rotty seems to hestitate.
Rotty: I uhh, came to talk to you. About...Whitty?
Sky: Whitty? What is the problem? You don't hate him...do you?
Sky's eyes seem blank when she said that last part, which didn't go unnoticed by the zombie girl.
Rotty: No, no. If anything, I came to tell you what happened last night. It's one of the reasons I came here to talk to you.
Sky: I'm guessing we'll need to sit down for this...
Rotty: Yep. This might get a bit emotional for you.

We see the 4 walking in town, presumably towards Sky's Hatchery.
Whitty, however, was unsure. He is no player, after all.
Whitty: Are you sure about that, Shantae?
Shantae: I'm sure, Whitty, besides, Holly and Amanda will also be there. Mera will meet you at your house.
