2021, March 18th IN REGARD TO DETECTIVE LOOKER
Subject: EXISTENTIAL THREAT REPORT
1) To the subject in which this is given, I have appointed many heads of the IPPA to investigate the sightings of an alien phenomenon known as the "Darkness". If you have received this telegram, it is urgent that you burn this document IMMEDIATELY after reading and/or ascertaining this report. If you decline to cooperate with our immediate response code, you must head to our SPECIAL AFFAIR HEADQUARTERS to complete reevaluation.
2) The National Government of SAW has declared a state of emergency for the entirety of the IPPA and all our affiliate inquiries. It is IMPARITIVE that we must act on this threat IMMEDIATELY without the need for mass mobilization or mass exodus, as this will cause widespread panic across all of our respective regions across the archipelago. The result of failure will require us to enforce SC Protocols for anybody affiliated with this organization, related or not.
3) As of now, SAW has stated that "Darkness" is a highly transformative, mutable neurotoxin(?). When in contact with such a poison, the symptoms range from being asymptomatic, to violent and often fatal. Reactions with vital circulatory systems, such as, but not limited to, the pulmonary, carotid, and cerebral arteries. When in late stages of the disease, the limbic system is the first to be considered "nonfunctional". Therefore, consider any unconscious passerby a threat to yourself and others. Do NOT interact with any of them, otherwise you'll face extermination.
4) Your job is to help locate your contacts/locations that I will provide to you on Page 2. You will not be mandated to erase the second document unless authorized to. Any further information will be provided to you once you arrive at any one of your destinations.
5) Know that we will NOT guarantee your safety, so again use EXTREME CAUTION. Do not trust anybody but your contacts from now on. Not even us.
